Just received my wall art and very happy with it,great quality and well packaged,infact took from front door delivery to wall in 10 mins easy,I would recommend oh and fast delivery to.

We ordered a large size three-panel display of a custom photo that was very important to my family, a photo of a bridge designed by my wife's grandfather. The staff at Artdesigna answered our questions in advance and quickly produced and shipped the panels that perfectly represented our photo. It was easy to mount on the wall and will now be part of our home decor for many, many years!

I have recently retired from the fire service and wanted to buy my forever home, I found it in the rural leicestershire countryside. I initially planned to purchase canvas art but after seeing the glass wall art I thought I’d buy one piece to check out the quality. When the first piece arrived I was blown away, so decided to bite the bullet spending £4K to fill my new home with glass wall art in every room.

The artwork was delivered in less than a week totally undamaged. It was incredibly well packaged and protected.

My only issue was a strange background on one of the pieces that didn’t exactly resemble the online image, I contacted the customer service department who sent out a replacement immediately.

I really cannot recommend this company and the wonderful artwork more highly.

I’m not easily pleased but this artwork has gone far beyond my expectations.

We recently purchased the Myth of the Sky Glass Wall Art, and it's nothing short of breathtaking! My wife and I spent a significant amount of time searching for the perfect piece of art in various galleries and stores. We came across some options that were four times the price, but they didn't hold a candle to this piece of art!!! We'll definitely be shopping with ArtDesigna again in the future!

I had the best experience getting my custom artwork done. I had a vision and Carolina help me to achieve it. It’s exactly what I was looking for, she drafted several designs until she came up with the perfect one. I’m so happy with the finished product. I have order several art pieces and will definitely use them again.

We've bought a couple of pictures from here now and love them. We did have an issue with damage on one but the customer support sorted it very quickly. We'll definitely be back for more!

if there was a way to give zero rating, I would do that. This beautiful art comes highly recommended from our family who have bought two pieces and gifted three to others. Once we have shared what we are dealing with, they no longer ever plan to recommend or gift from artdesigna. I am beyond surprised on the response from this company for a $700 piece art. This comes in three panels. Two panels arrived in one shipment and third arrived on a later date. Could very well be that the third piece is a mismatch for that reason. The colors from the three pieces are supposed to flow seamlessly like they are connected. The third panel has colors that don't line with the colors flowing from second panel - we bought the Colorized - Trio. After repeatedly asking the customer service that the colors flow and connect from first to second panel perfectly, but not to the third panel, they keep insisting it is not installed correctly. Have repeatedly asked them a simple question, if it is an installation issue, are the three pieces if laid straight on the floor next to each other supposed to have colors that flow from one to another in a "connected" manner and not disjointed manner. They have not answered the question yet. We asked if we could return the painting, and obviously they said yes at your dime and insurance. Artdesigna now knows the cost of shipping back is so expensive that the customers will likely back out of it. They say this is a return due to our own will and not because they agree there is an issue with the painting. Worse of all, after repeatedly requesting that we get on a zoom call, so I can show them the issue, their response "we don't have that option". Asked for an escalation channel within the company, yet to hear back. Didn't get an escalation path the first time around. Customer Service doesn't even think they need to answer some of the questions. Their response, we have never encountered this before. If they haven't doesn't mean the issue doesn't exist and there is always a first time to a type of issue. Beyond surprised with how customer service for expensive piece of art works. What I thought would be a wonderful experience and Artdesigna may earn more business from us and other family and friends has been beyond disappointing.

Excellent service kept informed every step of the process. Product arrived well packaged earlier than expected and was exactly as visualised very nice very happy highly recommended

I was so heartbroken when i received my art and it was damaged beyond repair during the shipping process. All of the staff that helped me from Artdesigna were amazing and very prompt and so courteous. They replaced my order quickly. And the replacement was stunning and so unique. I would recommend this company to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

The shipping took a lot longer than 5 days, I contacted customer service, they could of cared less. The backing/ white came in with scratches, if you want to waste a couple of hundred dollars on crappy artwork, be my guest. You have been warned

Arrived well packed, quickly from Istanbul. With easy to hang fittings and good instructions.
We are both thrilled with our purchase.

Had an issue with my product and it unfortunately took quite a bit to have it addressed properly. They did end up fixing and making it right, but it took multiple emails.

I purchased one Glass wall Art a couple of weeks ago and was slightly concerned as it came from Turkey, and was 20% cheaper than a well known competitor. The Glass Art arrived within 5 days, in perfect condition (via DHL) and is simply superb (School of fish).
I decided to order two more (Painter Octo and Spices and vegetables) placed an order on a Friday afternoon and both arrived four days later. Both in perfect condition. The finish is amazing and the hanging brackets excellent. Almost daily communication from both Artdesigna and DHL made the purchase painless.

Most important, the quality of the Glass Art is nothing short of perfection. I just need a couple more.......
