Wanted something special and I got it!
I had to get my chosen piece to Portugal and wondered if it would arrive in one piece. Absolutely no need to worry cleverly packed. It’s even nicer than I was expecting, love it. I’m sure it will b a talking point when friends see it. Highly recommend, great service, great product.

High quality design and production
The quality of the glass and the print are top-notch, the designs are amazing. Their staff was also really helpful during the shipment process and responded fairly quickly. I would definitely buy again, highly recommended.

Refusal to return items for exchange
I emailed 4 times to return the 7 pieces I ordered to exchange with custom art I wanted to upload as I wasn’t satisfied with the print quality, they responded once, ignoring my question on how to return the items, then subsequently ignored my emails. Conveniently they have no number to talk to anyone directly either. So they totally ruined what could’ve been a good experience.

Finally received my glass frame
Finally received my glass frame. I placed it on the wall and it looked amazing, but I had to momentarily take it down because I thought angle was off. When I tried placing it back up the whole thing shattered! Broke my heart like the glass waaa.

Delivered wrong painting!
Hi,
I have purchased more than 10 paintings from this company. The most recent purchase was a disaster unfortunately. I bought a trio of paintings one of which broke. I then ordered a replacement and specified the one I needed replaced. They sent me the wrong one and made no effort to rectify their mistake or compensate for it. Very disappointing considering the cost of the paintings.

The measurement tools were left out of the package. It was hard to put up the picture. Customer Service lied to me about the time of arrival for the picture. It was very frustrating. I ordered this picture on January 7th and didn't receive it until January 23rd.

Great choices of pieces with size options on most. The parcel arrived really quickly for international post and were very well packaged.
Both the pieces I ordered are fab. I am so happy with them. The hanging instructions were very easy too, the system being very secure.
