Awful picture misspelled words

The print they sent me was blurry, had grammatical errors. Words like "rainbow" misspelled. Their page says request a refund within 6 hours of the order I requested one immediately after the receipt was sent and they did not refund. Nor have they corrected the spelling on my picture. Worst company ever. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Never received my canvas

I ordered a canvas from artfily on Oct. 19. 2021 for a Christmas gift. It was for my son with a photo of him and his father whom recently passed. Its Dec. 14, and I still haven't received it. I e mail them and every reply they tell me they didn't receive the photo. After I resend the photo I ask for confirmation and I hear nothing. So I reach out to them using the same e mail I sent the photo to, and they come back with haven't received the photo but I'm looking at the photo in the email that was sent. I just sent a reply e mail to them so if they got this one they also got all 5 or 6 of the other photos. I'm very disappointed, I paid $123.00 for the canvas, I was counting on it for his gift and never received it. I don't I can get one made for him and delivered now before Christmas. This breaks my heart and was so surprised I had to go threw this with all the good reviews. I would like money back but haven't got that either.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE...They got my order wrong. Finally was able to get ahold of someone through email 1month later, they said the correct one will be delivered and that was almost 6months ago. Have not heard from anyone since the first time. Horrible customer service, impossible to get ahold of anyone and I will NEVER order from them again...TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!

I was not scammed but I would not…

I was not scammed but I would not recommend this company. Customer service is non existent . There is no way to speak to a person, emails and messages through Facebook go unanswered. I reviewed both items and they only posted one. After I looked into it further it appears they only post the positive reviews. They are supposed to email you a picture of what your item will look like for you to approve before production. They only did that for one of my items. I would have made a change on the second one but they never gave me the chance. Stay away!

Incorrect item, poor customer service...

I would highly recommend not ordering from this company. I ordered a canvas from them for my parents as a memorial for my grandparents. I paid extra shipping it still took 19 days to arrive and after it finally arrived I received an incorrectly made product without any of my custom words on it as I had designed. Customer service is extremely slow and unapologetic and won't offer me a refund. Now I have no christmas present for my parents and I used my bonus from work to buy it and they seem to be ignoring my emails. I was just simply told they would be sending be a new one without any preview of if it's going to be correct this time or when it will arrive.

Shipping/blocked frm sending messages to them…

Trying to find out when my item will be shipped but i keep getting a "blocked" message on my end thru email. I will give them a couple more days to ship out my order as I ordered 5 days ago....if not i will be calling my bank to say this is damn fraud!!!

My order was supposedly shipped August…

My order was supposedly shipped August 31, 3 1/2 weeks later still haven't received but I have been charged for it. They said USPS was handling it and can get no response from them either.I guess I have been scammed out of 100.00 and am pretty pissed about it! Do not order from these people, and they won't answer phone!!

DON'T GET SCAMMED BY ARTFILY. Google reviews before you loose $116 like I have. The phone number is to a recording. I have contacted them numerous times trying to get shipping updates. I get a scripted message. Always a promise to get back with me. NOT!!! THERE'S NO WAY TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I got a Groupon in January for a star map, thought it would be a great idea for my daughter's birthday in February. When I didn't receive the star map as indicated, I emailed their customer service at the artf.ly address shown below. I got a response from Rae with the fake tracking. No information. The tracking site said could take up to June 2nd to receive (this was in March). I waited and waited, still nothing. I sent another email to their customer service as well as Groupon. The customer service email for Artf.ly no longer works. Groupon stated I need to work with them directly and told me the merchant was responsible for filling the order and to contact their customer support team via an email address or use their contact us web page. The email was a mezoo address. Still no response from that. The website does not work.

Still no response from the other email address and from what I can tell, that website doesn't work either. Guess I cant trust Groupon anymore either if they let scammers sell on their site.

Update: Groupon was contacted again. They took more information and are looking into it.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely incompetent! Ordered on 15th January, sent email asking for delivery by 21st (as advised on the website) delivery was estimated at 3-7 days. After numerous emails I have now today (8th February) received half of my order. Email response time is below par and offered no solution except be patient essentially. Print is lovely but that is by far outweighed by the lack of customer services and the awful delivery time.

Great products - poorly trained customer service reps

I ordered an item on Dec 9th via free shipping. There was no indication that delivery would not be in time for Christmas or that I needed to pay extra for that. My item was not shipped for a week, and then tracking stated it would be delivered on Dec. 26th. I emailed them expressing my great disappointment that a special gift for my husband who has stage four cancer would not arrive in time and asking why this happened and what could they do to try and rectify this. I received a curt, canned response back saying, "Your order was shipped on the 16th via free standard shipping and is scheduled to arrive on the 26th (which I obviously already knew). Sorry for the inconvenience." That's it - no explanation, no sincere apology (or even a 'fake' sincere apology), no empathy. I sent another message and never received a reply. The order did arrive on the 26th and my husband loves it. That's the most important thing, but I will not forget that no one in the company appeared to care at all, especially since I was a return customer.

Couldn’t be happier!!

Was a little apprehensive about ordering online but it arrived and I couldn’t be more thrilled. It’s absolutely beautiful, framed incredibly nicely and packaged perfectly so zero damage in shipping. I will order again...there isn’t a gift I’m more excited about giving this year for Christmas then this one! Excellent customer service and exceptional product! Thank you!!

Bought a print

Bought a print. It never arrived. When I contacted support, they gave me the run around with what seemed like legitimate questions about the order. I had to ask three times and finally got a tracking number. It didn't seem right. I researched it a bit more and found out they sent a "fake" tracking number to make it look like they really shipped it. I requested another print and they said, sure not problem. Let us know your address again. I sent it, they never replied and it's been over a week. No confirmation, no tracking number. Be CAREFUL of this scam. They make it seem like you are getting a HUGE discount on the print for $25 and then they don't ever send you the print and keep the money. I hope karma finds it's way to this company.

I choose the site to put together a…

I choose the site to put together a collage for a Christmas present, whilst trying to add the photos the site kept coming up as an error - I emailed them to ask for help and they were very very responsive, they confined when the error had been fixed and then talked me though what I had to do as I was still struggling - I have been able to email back and forth to Alex who has helped me no end - he basically designed my project for me ! What an absolute hero 🦸‍♂️!!
