Happy customer.

I had a problem with my original print. Customer service were excellent. They dealt with any issues quickly. I will be receiving a new print and Naima couldn't have been more helpful.

Scandi Pear and apple canvas

The products I've purchased had been very accurate and spot on with the description. Never had issues with delivery dates and items were secured and well packed/wrapped.
100% recommended!

Fantastic Company

I ordered a collage and I am so excited to receive this. The website was simple and easy to use with no problems I got to design my own shape the image come in and what images I would like. Thank you for an amazing product. It was fun to have a play around with all the different options available.

Amazing customer service

After receiving my order, which was damaged whilst in transit, I emailed Artf.ly and within hours I was advised that a new order had been placed. I was in regular contact with an amazing service rep and received my item after 14 days. The 2 prints I ordered are stunning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again

Impressed with CS after courier lost my parcel

Excellent and friendly costumer service

I ordered 6 photo blocks from Artf.ly on the 7th December 2016 via wowcher. I didn't receive this order but the wonderful, friendly staff at Artf.ly offered me a refund or to send me new photo blocks. I chose to have new photo blocks sent out and I'm so glad I did as they are fantastic. Although I didn't receive my items before Christmas and had to wait over for over two months, they have been worth it.
The staff were fantastic and responded to all my emails.

Amazing!

Before Christmas, I ordered through this company although I accidentally messed it up without realising.
I wasn't sure why my parcel hadn't arrived by January as I paid for express delivery and got in contact with artf.ly through their website.
I got an email back very rapidly and they were able to help me and tell me what I'd done wrong.
Customer service were brilliant and I 100% recommend and will be using them in the future.
