After chasing up my Order, the company notified my that they hadn't received my print due to an error on my part. They were very helpful responded immediately to e mails and placed my order on priority aswell, even though it wasn't their fault,I am very impressed with the service here and look forward to receiving my order. Website is a little difficult to use if I'm honest but I got there in the end. I bought the collage Group On deal and it was certainly worth the money. I would suggest reducing the size of the individual frames for each of the little photos which can be done in the settings. Well packaged and prompt delivery.

Although there was a problem in receiving my order, I have rated 5 stars as the communication and resolving the late delivery was spot on. I have received fantastic customer support for orders not received in NZ, all emails have been answered promptly and have been very helpful in dealing with the problem. It is unfortunate that tracking information once an order has left the UK for destination country is not available.
Am looking forward to the replacement order arriving in the next few weeks.
