Update on my earleir review, Order number 1247
I ordered an oil painting from Artisterial in November (order number 1247) and received it in December. Unfortunately, the painting was nothing like they advertised on their home page – very different colour scheme, overall bad quality, for example the sides of the paining were only partly painted even though it was clearly indicated in my order that the painting will be used without a frame, so that the sides should be painted in the same way as the front side.
I contacted Artisterial and told them they I want to return the painting. Only after I placed many negative comments on the internet (after a long a very difficult communication with Artisterial) describing the situation, the company returned my money. However, I recently received a bill from the German customs saying that the painting from Artisterial was delivered not from the Netherlands as I anticipated but from Xiamen in China and I have to pay 22 Euros to the customs addtionally because of the delivery from a non-EU country. Placing an order, I was not informed that the delivery will be from a non-EU country and there will be some additional fees. As I contacted Artisterial, they wrote me: “We're sorry for the fees you had to pay.” No suggestion to reimburse these additional fees, they are just sorry. Additionally, they told me that they will contact the review platform trustpilot to make them to remove my negative comment.
So, clearly a fraudulent company, stay away from it!

Don’t bother !!
Ordered a painting in November, was emailed a dispatch note on 8th December and a month later the painting is still not received. I have emailed customer services several times and nobody has the courtesy to reply. DO NOT USE. This company has no idea of the concept of customer service.
5 stars for the quality, communication can be improved
We ordered our first painting "Hidden Mountains" in the format 180x60 cm in a black frame on the 23rd of November. We live in the Netherlands, where the offices of Artisterial seem to be located as well. We had read mixed reviews and were therefore slightly concerned when after 2 weeks we had no update on our order. Via the website and e-mail we could not get hold of them, however via Instagram we got a response within 24 hours. Overall it took 4 weeks for the painting to be delivered with FedX. It arrived damage free and with a hand written note wishing us a Merry Christmas. The painting is very light for its size (+/-6kgs) and it looks exactly as on the website pictures. For the quality of the painting we would have given 5 stars and will order again from Artisterial,however we deducted 1 star for the rather poor communication initially. As it seems to be a new company, it may be struggling with some teething problems. This is the only improvement point we would like to share.

Several emails sent for an order which was placed a month ago. No replies yet. Horrible/non existent customer service and for that reason I would not recommend this website.

Very bad! I ordered a painting 1 month ago and payed for express delivery (3-10days). I sent 3 emails asking about the delay.Of course no one replied. I have given the case to PayPal asking for money back....

Appears trustworthy, DON'T FALL FOR IT, AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!
We ordered from this website, because it made a highly professional impression. The website looked very appealing, the instagram channel was clearly looked after well and the products seemed to be high-quality, aesthetic paintings. However, this website apparently is a scam, the striking indicators for this are the following: the website does not have an imprint/legal notice, on instagram there is barely a single user review/comment, all reviews on the website, which only consist of 5 star reviews, seem to be manipulated. One 5 star review for example seems to be written from the customer support service "Mr. Ruud Ekkelboom" himself. Our order never arrived, we never received an update regarding the order status, until we asked customer support ourselves. They took over one week to reply and since the e-mail was extremely unprofessional and suspicious, we immediately asked Paypal for a refund. Avoid this website and don't fall for it !!!
Very Disappointing so far
Very Disappointing so far! 4 weeks after my order (and payment) I received the first information and of course everything went bad so far just because of corona.
I got informed that I would have to wait for a bout another 4 weeks until the paintings will be with me.
- No contact number
- no service hotline or service- mail-adress
At this point I'm not happy at all. it seems as if most of the budgets has used of marketing purposes so far.
And last but not least: The trust pilot coment e-mail is written in Dutch?!
To avoid
No communication whatsoever from the company on the status of my order, despite having purchased it 5 weeks ago.
They also have not replied to my emails when I inquired, and have deleted my comment on their Instagram page when I tried to share my experience there.
I do not recommend this company.
It finally arrived
It finally arrived, looks very bad quality, and not altogether like the picture on the website. Disappointing!
Do not buy from this company
No product. No communication. No money back.
Have escalated with PayPal and will be looking at legal options

RESPONDING TO YOU:
We are well outside of the 3-13 (working) day delivery time so your comment below is incorrect.
If you cannot deliver to your timelines you should tell customers as point of purchase to give them the option, not tell them 4 weeks after ordering that it might take weeks longer than they'd been told.
You should not take 1 month to respond to a customer!
I stand by my original comment, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
