appreciate it

Edit: Ive received an answer and update situation. I will say that I was maybe quick to judge and changed my mind on the service. The situation was resolved, they mixed two different situations. I appreciate their feedbacks and I thank you kindly for it.

25/04/2026:Holy moly. It is taking forever to resolve an issue. I was delivered a pair that was not in a pristine condition. I was offered 2 resolution options, one of which was a return for a refund. I choose the refund. Then, no response for a week. I write again. They right back a few days stating that "as previously discussed, a refund cant happened but they can offer a 10% off".im so sick of this, its been going on for months. im thinking of opening a case with my credit csrd company tomorrow. do better with your client please.

Customer service needs major improvements

I love the designs and quality of material of shoes and purses. Designs very different and unique. I bought four pairs of beautiful boots and booties. Absolutely gorgeous; however, had to return one pair . The return was approved and l supposed to get my money back up to ten days. It's been almost a month and I still didn't receive my money back. I think customer service needs some improvement.

The boots are beautiful

The boots are beautiful. The leather is top quality. they fit on the big size and I needed to size down. But now they are perfect. Only thing holding me back from a full 5 stars is the lack of communication from seller. In the end they made it right and we did the exchange, but it was a long tough battle trying to get them to communicate back. Not very good at answering email. They really need to fix that issue.

For clarity and transparency:

This order was refunded through a PayPal chargeback on February 6th. Once PayPal reversed the transaction, the matter was financially resolved through their system.

After the chargeback refund was processed, additional refund requests were made directly to us. As the payment had already been reversed, there was no remaining balance for us to refund.

All customers are subject to the same published return and refund policy. That policy is clearly available on our website and applies equally to every order.

Regarding the Azul boot description: the product page on as98.ca did not state a 35 cm heel height. The heel height is also visually evident that it is not 35cm from the product images. We maintain archived copies of our listings as they appeared at the time of purchase.

We do not control product descriptions or typographical errors that may appear on third-party partner websites.

While we disagree with the basis of the chargeback, we did not respond within the PayPal timeframe to formally contest it. The refund was therefore issued through PayPal’s process.

We stand by the accuracy of our product listings and our documented communication history.

Terrible Customer Service

I very rarely write reviews, but I am sorely disappointed in something that is priced at a luxury price point. I originally purchased a pair of Dukes during their Black Friday sale, but they arrived and were too narrow for me. We initially emailed back and forth fairly effectively, they recommend a different boot for the width (the Ethans), and organized a return for the dukes. They only do store credit but that was fine by me as I was planning on purchasing a different style. I was a bit annoyed at being charged for return shipping, but I was able to move past that.

Here's where I get frustrated -- I mailed the dukes back several days before Christmas, and mail tracking marked them as delivered on Dec. 31st. I wanted to take advantage of their Boxing Day sale, which ended on Jan 4th. They ignored my two emails asking where my store credit was, and literally posted the credit to my account THE DAY AFTER THE SALE ENDED on Jan. 5th. A full 5 days after Purolator marked it as delivered. And they NEVER answered my emails.

I just placed the order for the Ethans to take advantage of their 20% off sale, but I will literally never buy from them again based on this experience. For the same price point buy Fluevogs for a better quality product and top-tier customer support.

Your return was received on December 31st, during the peak holiday period when our warehouse and customer support were operating with limited capacity.

Store credits are issued after returns are physically received, inspected, and processed, which is outlined in our return policy. Your credit was issued on January 5th, once that process was completed.

While we strive to respond to all emails promptly, holiday volume did impact response times during that specific window, and we acknowledge that this fell short of your expectations.

We appreciate that you were understanding about the return shipping fee and the store credit policy, and we regret that the overall experience did not reflect the level of service you expect — or that we aim to provide — at our price point.

We’re glad to hear you proceeded with the Ethans, which we recommended specifically for a wider fit, and we hope they meet your expectations. That said, we respect your feedback and take it seriously as we continue improving our processes during high-volume periods.

Absolutely love my new boots!!

I have a few pair of as98 boots that are extremely comfortable and they're just so awesome. I went to the website and saw that they were providing a holiday discount. Took advantage of it and I'm so glad I did. The boots came shortly thereafter and they're spectacular.

I ordered a pair of Blakey’s and they’re awesome AS 98 is one of my favourite brands because the sizing is so consistent. I’m a 38 in every pair I’ve gotten so far absolutely love this pair of boots.

Stylish small bag with a surprising amount of space

Delivery took a long time, probably in part because it fell over the Xmas period.
Bag was smaller than expected, but as others have noted, it does surprisingly hold everything essential. I stuffed it with my minimum going out requirement and sure enough, it did all fit with room to spare. Just so people know, that includes phone, wallet, sunglasses, reading glasses and keys. And there was still some room for some small accessories.
Bag is of robust quality and the suede is lovely to touch. It's all worth it to have such a sweet, stylish looking bag which is also functional.

hi i have been having troubles with my boots that i order . they sent me the wrong size on dec3 is when i ordered them and didnt recieve untill dec24 and now they will not take my return as they sent me the wrong size in the dukes they send a size 37 and i ordered a size 40. as there was a time limit on the boots of 7 day when i didnt even receive the till dec24.i payed for boots and sent back on my cost 44.00 my order #4925 so am i out of my money for boots an d delery back to you.Or will the exchange the size . cosetta dalessandro .i look forward in your apply .thanks

strong love

Overall, I simply adore these shoes. I've been with this brand for years. I always buy at least one pair and a handbag every season, but usually more than one. And it's so divine to receive a new item from them, smelling so enchantingly magically of that indescribable scent of new leather. It's intoxicatingly wonderful. The only thing is that purchasing from the Canadian website suffers from a certain lack of communication between the buyer and the team. For example, if a purchase is delayed, no one lets you know, and this certainly diminishes the overall positive effect of the purchase.
