Very narrow boots and terrible customer service
These boots are way too narrow for my feet and customer service stinks. Been trying to make a return for weeks now with very spotty responses from AS98. Still don't have instructions on how to make a return. Currently filing a dispute with my credit card company.

There’s no shipment details. I fear I’ve been scammed.
The response from the company below is accurate. My package did arrive. But- as I mentioned to them- I am still not convinced this company isn’t a scam. The (very expensive!) boots are great but I would not recommend buying from this company. My post purchase research shows many customers having similar problems with fake tracking links and shoddy customer service.

Horrible customer service
I was sent damaged boots and have been trying to obtain authorization to send them back for 9 days now. Customer Service finally responded on day 8 of my repeated emails and rather than providing return authorization and a shipping label, all they did was suggest that I swap this pair out for another pair. The pair I had bought is no longer even available in my size (so they never even looked to check that) and I had made it very clear in every email sent that I do not want to do an exchange, I want a refund. We'll see how many more days I need to wait for another reply from Customer Service.... Unless someone can make this right, I will absolutely NOT be giving any more business to A.S.98 Canada.

STILL waiting for customer support…
STILL waiting for customer support to get back to me because they sent the wrong colour. The return instructions say to contact customer support when a mistake has occurred. I did that on September 15 and again on the 18th, but they have still not responded. This was the third pair of shoes I purchased from A.S. 98 this summer. You’d think they’d try a little harder to keep me as a customer.

Excellent quality excellent service
I have three different types of shoes from AS98 and all are excellent. My new boots are also top quality and fit like comfy slippers from out of the box. My customer service experience was also excellent. I had paid extra for overnight shipping and when that didn’t happen I reached out and got an immediate reply saying that it was an error on their part. They refunded me half the fee and I received my boots in 4 days. It’s unfortunate that others have not experienced this level of customer service as it should be consistent. So far, they have been excellent for me.

Does not fit 1 foot
I have purchased summer sandal. One sandal fits perfectly meanwhile the other sandal is to narrow. I have sent them 3 email asking for a return label. I have yet to obtain a reply. I will be contacting my credit card company.

I did receive an email a month or so later asking me to look at another sandal to exchange. I responded and never received any acknowledgement.
My credit card company was contacted and the matter was resolved with their assistance. Unfortunately due to my negative experience I will not purchase from this company due to their customer service and not due to the quality of their products

disappointment with service
Shoes according to the info of the site A.S.98 are on the eleventh day in transit, although usually it takes a day or two, since I live in a neighboring province. But what's worse is that the tracking number is not recognized by the shipping company. I have sent three letters in these eleven days since the alleged dispatch of the goods - not a single response. Just drama.

3 weeks ago and no resolve
I ordered a pair of shoes in July, it was never delivered. I reached out to the company on IG in July and was offered a few options. I asked for the same pair in a different size since the size 39 was the last pair I had ordered which was lost by the courier.
I got the size 40 July 29th, it was too big so I requested a return the same day. I kid you not, it took a.s.98 weeks to respond after multiple emails and IG messages. When they did respond to say my return was approved, there was a restocking fee for $19+, I then clicked the link to pay the fee. Only to my surprise, I'm being charged over $400 (initial cost of the shoes). I reach out to them again to say there was an error. This is a.s.98 response, "
Yes, that is correct. You have chosen to return your order after the exchange was completed. According to our return/refund policy, this is regular practice."
I've asked for clarification and a correct invoice to proceed and still waiting. This has been going on 3 weeks. Can you imagine the peak of my frustration. Why is a return so complicated?

I hesitated purchasing due to the price…
I hesitated purchasing due to the price but as there was a sale I decided to try and I was not disappointed. Quality and style are as good as I had hoped. Absolutely beautiful brand and I personally love something that is different and unique. I will purchase more from them in the future.

I love my new shoes the only thing I would caution is they seem to fit a tad big, I’m always a 39 and ordered it …. I’m not positive because ordering online voids the ability to try on but I’m thinking I may be a 38 in AS98…. But I’m making them work ❤️
