A special lady

I today spoke with a lady called Carol Greenwood..The lady had endless time and compassion towards me. I suffer from both physical and mental problems and she was an absolute star at making me feel at ease.

Professional friendly service.

Previous review removed - feeble attempt to pretend I'd reviewed the wrong company.
I have their letters.
Pretending to act for Santander except Santander pretend it's Ascent.
A £9,000 bill for legal services was "a mistake" - £950 the real figure
Not a margin of error.

Sorry I can not remember her name but spoke on multiple times

Everyone I spoke too has gone above and beyond what I have expected.there were compassionate and understanding , and did everything were could too help resolve the situation.the one lady I spoke too on a number of the times was very helpful and I often felt she was going above and beyond. Please keep this up (as I work in the catering industry,were service is important and understanding of guest needs)

Call in to resolve

It is best to pick up the phone and discuss a tricky situation to navigate out of itrather than burying ones head in sand! My experience couldnt be bettered! Well done and many thanks to Nihad!!
