Excellent from start to finish. The staff at ASD 360 are professional, courteous and responsive. The process of getting a diagnosis was pretty much smooth and problem free. Highly recommended.

I recently had an autism assessment done with ASD360, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth, clear, and modern. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, and I felt comfortable the whole way through.
Elina was amazing, kind, understanding, and really great at what she does. She made a process that could have felt overwhelming feel calm and respectful. I felt seen and listened to, which meant a lot.
If you’re considering an assessment and want a team that truly cares and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend ASD360. They made something that felt big feel manageable and positive.

We have recently had an autism assessment and diagnosis with Autism-360 via the NHS Right to Choose service for my teenage daughter. From being referred to receiving the diagnosis only took 6 months which compared to other options was very quick. Both Elina and Louiscia were very patient and understanding and we received very quick responses when contacting the office. The online portal was really easy to use. It was clear during both the parent and child assessments that my daughters history had been reviewed thoroughly which was very reassuring. During the feedback session we both had the opportunity to ask any questions we had. We look forward to receiving the report to show any adaptations that may benefit her. Very happy with the service we have received.

I am only at the referrals stage, so cannot comment on assessments, but I have been in contact with Matthieu from ASD 360 regarding my ASD referral and he has been extremely helpful - consistently timely, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive with replies. My GP made multiple mistakes with my referral and Matthieu's help was integral to helping me resolve issues and not lose hope in what was becoming a very stressful process.

Fabulous service under the NHS right to choose for two children.
Both underwent thorough assessments, with questionnaires and other evidence submitted, parental interviews, child ADOS assessments, then feedback appointments. The clinicians were lovely.
The reports were through and arrived very promptly. Special thanks to Sophie for completing our report super quickly for our EHCP review.

My Assesor Sophie was amazing, she made me feel like I didn’t have to mask and I was very comfortable to be more open with the entire assessment. I am truly greatful for Autism 360 and Sophie!

I contacted Autism 360 for an assessment after it was recommended to me that I should be assessed for autism. There is a lot to process which has been difficult personally but I cannot fault the Autism 360 staff and the psychologist who conducted my assessment. I really am very grateful - thank you. And I recommend Autism 360 to anyone who requires an autism assessment. Everything was very thorough and explained well.

I was referred to Autism 360 through Right to choose. The whole process was done in a timely manner. Angela was brilliant during my assessment and feedback appointment. I found her friendly and approachable, and very thorough. I highly recommend Autism 360

Fantastic service, very quick with getting assessments that fit round daily life. Everyone who I had communication with were lovely and great with listening, understanding and feedback to any questions or queries. Response via email is also very quick. Overall very pleasant with the service provided.

My whole experience with ASD-360 has been extremely positive from the start. Going into the assessment I was quite nervous since I was unsure about what it would entail, but my assessor Angela was very good at making me feel more comfortable and explaining everything thoroughly at my feedback session. She was able to pick up on small details about my communication which I wasn't even aware of, despite my high masking, to inform the diagnosis. Can't recommend this service enough!

Extremely simple. From initial interest to diagnosis all done within a month. A fully comprehensive report is also provided after diagnosis that is sent to both your GP and and yourself. Included in the package is a post diagnosis webiner which is a nice touch.

The whole process was easy to arrange; I was able to start the self-assessment section immediately after registering, and once completed I was able to book the actual assessment and choose dates and times that were only a few days in advance.
The assessment was professional and thorough, indeed running over the allotted time, and I was grateful that the practitioner Angela clearly had a care for my wellbeing as I was very nervous.
Highly recommended. Thank you.

Every part of the process of ASD 360 has been wonderful. At every stage from just emailing somebody in the office, to video call for parents questions & lastly how ASD 360 adjusted to assessing our child. I would recommend this service to so many people.

I am glad I went with Autism 360 for my assessment.
The initial set-up and pre-screening was easy but the system is a little bit clunky in my opinion.
The questionnaires were OK. I thought it was odd that once you've filled something in and submitted it you can't go back and view it (but I copied everything into Word as I went along anyway so I had a record for myself).
Once I had filled in everything I could book an appointment though they did have some technical issues and I hadn't booked the time slot I thought I had - though that wasn't a problem for me. After booking the appointment I got an email with the Skype link, some things to prepare and a request to fill in the information (that I had to fill in before I could book the appointment - I thought this part was strange and could probably be looked in to).
I was very anxious during my assessment (I don't understand how people can do this in person), but Angela made me feel listened to and accepted which eased my anxiety somewhat. I liked that the feedback meeting was booked in at the end of the assessment so I didn't have to worry about when that would be. I received another email with the Skype link and all the same information as I got with the assessment one as if I was doing another one - I would suggest another email template is created for feedback appointments.
I, also, received the invoice for payment immediately after the assessment. This system felt a bit clunky also, my credit card wouldn't work so I had to pay via 'gocardless' but that went through fine.
On hearing I met the ICD-11 criteria I cried, I don't know if I was upset or relieved but Angela made me feel comfortable and validated.
The wait between being told I'm autistic and receiving the report was agonising. Without evidence for almost two weeks I started doubting my own memory and thinking I'd made everything up!
The report was thorough and balanced, which I liked. There was a focus on strengths and potential accommodations rather than just the 'deficits' which I had been thinking about for a very long time.
Now I'm looking forward to discovering myself as a late-diagnosed autistic person and improving my quality of life.

Liz and the team at ASD360 were great. Explained everything and helped me explore and understand myself at 52 years old. Had been thinking about an assessment for some time and a couple of things pushed me over the line to get one. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Finally decided to go for an assessment, and I chose ASD 360 as it was one of the more affordable options I could find. I did not know what to expect, but their service provided everything I was looking for and a lot more than I had expected.
I was really pleased with Angela; she was the one I chose for my assessment, and she made the whole process much more comforting. I was also given a lot of great feedback, advice, and resources to explore in my feedback appointment.
I am very pleased with this service, and it was everything I needed it to be!

I'm a late diagnosed autistic, who has high masking, the team were able to discern the difference. I am now validated for my actual experience of life. I am grateful to Angela, And ASD 360, and Chloe too.

The company is a joke. They don't show up for appointments, and it's impossible to reach them by phone. Beware scammers.
