The people I have spoke to on the phone were all very helpful and nice. I got assessed by Angela Walker who was very patient with me and made me feel at ease. Again in the follow up Angela was great, clearly very good at her job.The report I got back was very thorough and detailed. Due to their professionalism and their caring manner I would highly recommend ASD 360 to anyone seeking a diagnosis of Autism.

I just have to first say; Thankyou ASD 360. Thank you very much indeed. the service was quick and straight to the point and so very validating.

I've been invalidated quite severely by NHS services my whole life in regards to my autistic traits. with ASD 360 I was finally heard and seen for my authentic self and real struggles despite my heavy masking behavior, even after 30 years of life.

That part of me which is such a big part of me, my autistic self, which I hid for so many years... I now feel more relaxed about now. Time to come out back into the world without shame and self judgement.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who suspects they are autistic.

The experience was stress free and easy to follow. Assessor made the process clear and concise throughout and the report afterwards was detailed and helpful.

The process was straightforward, the payment plan was clearly explained, and the assessor, Angela, was very friendly and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole assessment. She explained everything clearly and was very supportive. I totally recommend!

All areas of the business were extremely helpful and supportive, they made the process very structured and easy to follow.

I was waiting for a diagnosis from the NHS for 5 years and after a very negative experience i decided to go private. My partner had recently used ADHD 360 (also highly recommended) so i decided to use the Autism service as the price was competitive for this service.
I managed to get my first appointment within a week and the whole process was done within 2 weeks. After so many years of not being listed to it felt so nice that assessor really listed and discussed what i had to say. She explained the reason my mind works how it does and went in to great details about autism as a whole.

I've come out of the process a lot more confident and accepting of myself and this is thanks to ASD 360 :)

I’ve recently used Asd360 for my 9 Year old. From start to finish the service was very helpful and responsive. Answered any questions I had and nothing was too much bother.
Angela & Brian were both great, they made us feel at ease straight away and follow up appointment was a breeze I found them really easy to talk to. I was given lots of useful information of help and support that’s available to not only my daughter but to myself also.
I’d highly recommend Asd360 to other families it’s well worth it. They also do payment plans for those who can’t afford the big lump sum in one hit.

Absolutely amazing and professional service. From enquiring about the service by telephone, to full diagnosis, every encounter was both professional and informative. Appointments were quickly arranged and the full assessment process explained clearly, alongside the costs. We were seeking a private diagnosis due to long NHS waits and a diagnosis being necessary to receive support quickly at university - and we weren’t disappointed. The initial screener gave the indication to continue with the assessment and then we booked for an assessment with Sally. Sally was the perfect assessor, putting my daughter at ease within minutes of meeting her. She had been reluctant to even attend the assessment on Skype (she doesn’t like unfamiliar conversations!) and was highly anxious prior to it - but Sally was amazing. She explained the process and how the assessment would work at all points which gave my daughter the confidence to talk and admit her difficulties. The feedback meeting was sensitive and the report was a highly accurate description of the difficulties for my daughter alongside recommendations for support, which we are highly grateful for. A truly positive and professional experience and highly recommended!

Becky was extremely empathetic and patient during my assessment, making me feel comfortable all throughout.

As someone who's had bad experiences with disability discrimination in the workplace, the appendix that was delivered to me after my diagnosis has filled me with more confidence when applying for work again.

Was a bit weary of private diagnosis process as i thought it may be rushed however it was the complete opposite. They lady was super kind and understanding and super thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all.
The feedback session was a really nice thing too as they answer any questions you have so you dont feel like the labels dumped on you.

My son (aged 4) was assessed by ASD 360 and received his diagnosis. The process was fairly straightforward and explained well by the staff. Lily and Angela were absolutely lovely, accommodating and made reasonable adjustments for my son due to him also having a diagnosis of ADHD. I would highly recommend to anyone who would benefit from an assessment.

I was referred to ASD360 which is a partner company of ADHD360. Despite being a new company, I was / am very impressed with their whole system. Details on the website are self-explanatory and covers most of the basic information one would seek in the first instance. Responses from administration were quick and clear. My clinician was perfect. I felt very comfortable with Sally during my assessment and feedback sessions. In my final report, I requested a minor amendments couple of times (some information were missing / needed updating), both administrator and clinician sorted them out for me in a short span of time.
Two pieces of feedback for improvement from me:
(1) review website account services whereby allow uploaded documents to be deleted / updated. This will avoid multiple versions of the same document in the system.
(2) review and update some of the pre-assessment online questionnaires / questions as a few of them were written from a third person (a parent, guardian, etc.) point of view.

I CAN WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THE ASD 360 TEAM FOR ASD ASSESSMENTS.
FOLLOWING MY DYSLEXIA DIAGNOSIS WITH A SPECIALIST PSYCHOLOGIST AND POSITIVE SCREENING FOR ADHD, I WAS ENCOURAGED TO SEEK FORMAL DIAGNOSIS FOR ADHD AND AUTISM, I WAS SO VERY GLAD I CHOOSE THE ADHD 360 AND ASD 360 TEAM.
I FOUND LIZ, ANGELA AND LOU TO BE VERY APPROACHABLE, PATIENT, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, I CANNOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH FOR THEIR HELP AND SUPPORT. THE PROCESS OF ASSESSMENT AND PRICING WAS MADE EASY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND IN STRAIGHTFORWARD LANGUAGE WITH HELP MADE AVAILABLE. A HIGHLY QUALIFIED TEAM WITH A LOT OF EXPERIENCE.
AFTER MANY YEARS OF STRUGGLING, THANKS TO THE ASD 360 TEAM, I CAN NOW MORE CONFIDENTLY FIND A WAY FORWARD WITH A CLEARER UNDERSTANDING OF MY DIFFICULTIES.

I joined the ASD assessment and received the diagnosis report a few days ago. Before the assessment, I was worried if I could understand the conversation, had no time to express myself clearly and had to answer the next question quickly. My clinician patiently explained all my questions and didn't rush me because I took a long time to answer. My clinician always made sure I had finished answering before moving on to the next question. I am very grateful to my clinician for giving me some very helpful suggestions, which made me know myself better. Louiscia also solved my problems and replied to my emails quickly.
Overall, the experience was positive and very helpful!

I can not be more grateful to ASD360 for the amazing service they provided to our son and to us as parents. Our son had had several appointments for other conditions prior to coming to ASD and he was really struggling with the approaches being used, being talked about in front of him, negative/clinical comments made. I was very nervous about putting him through another appointment knowing The impact this had had on him previously. I had no reason to worry. Not only did he cope with the appointment, but he actually enjoyed the time he spent with Angela. She was so kind and playful in her approach and my son did not feel he was being observed.
The feedback was a balance of positives about our son as well as highlighting his struggles. More importantly this feedback was given without my son being present so we had time to talk and ask questions. A previous appointment (not ASD360) described my son in front of him, as immature for his age and vulnerable to bullying at secondary school due to his differences. Comments that have stayed with him since. His experience with ASD360 was so different for him.
The communication to throughout was very good, with reception staff as well as those doing the assessment. The process was explained to us and we did not feel rushed. We were able to talk about what life is like for our son and that Angela had a good understanding of who he was which left us feeling we could trust whatever feedback we were given.
The whole experience was warm and professional and I could not recommend enough.

I wanted you to know about the fantastic service and experience I received from your ASD 360 clinician Lily. Throughout the assessment, Lily made me feel valued, listened to and understood. Lily demonstrated extraordinary empathy and explained everything in a language that I understood. In addition, Lily is brilliant and knowledgeable in her chosen profession. Overall, I am delighted that I decided on ASD 360 and thrilled that I specifically chose Lily.
