Awful, they dont care about customers im still owed over £15 from September, rung customer services today, nothing but rude, wouldnt let me speak to manager, gave me wrong email address. Im shopping elsewhere, had enough of short dates, no delivery updates, shame as drivers are actually decent. Said ive had refund can prove i havent, so will go to trading standards as they really dont care at all 😡 proves that as they dont even bother to reply to complaints on here
I would not recommend shopping at asda
Asda shopping and delivery is the worse i ever had rude staff unhelpful poor skills of helping others there foods taste like rubber or a paint stripper taste and over priced goods too there are bones in there foods they sell ...i agree with many other people too what they say about asda food shopping ...
Online grocery payments not being accepted.
In all my years of having groceries delivered have I never had an issue placing an online order until now. Basically the website will not accept a payment no matter how you try. Tried 3 different browsers, tried the app, cleared all caches, virus check done and still to no advantage. Seeing just how many delivery slots are available each day, means nobody is getting deliveries.
I phoned customer service only to be told there is a known problem and to just keep trying to pay each day. The Down website shows this has been going on since the beginning of October.
Shall never buy from Asda again, I hope they go bust.
The new app is really trying my patience
The new app is really trying my patience. No narrowed down delivery time just the standard 2 hour slot showing but most frustrating is being unable to amend an order. Sometimes it lets me amend a couple of times but you can guarantee that my final, most crucial amendment never goes through. It always says Unable to take payment. I've phoned and used Messenger but all you get is "We're working on it".
My delivery pass is due for renewal in December and I'm not sure if I should renew it. I like Asda but this is seriously frustrating. Is it so difficult to get some tech experts to fix the glitches. Come on Asda or you'll lose so much custom.

Asda frozen chicken breast fillets
I want to give a review about frozen chicken breasts. For some reason they are slimey and unpleasant to handle. I sent a review to Asda but - no response. I like a lot of Asda stuff, orange juice ice lollies. I gave a 5* review for the lollies and a 1* for the chicken. Guess what? The review for the chicken just didn't appear.

Very disappointed,I ordered 4 items, delivery came and there was only 3 items in the bag. Asked the driver,he said I didn't get charged for the item missing. Wtf....not even a notification that item is not available? What kind of service is this? Absolutely disgusting this is. Now I have to wait 24 hours for the receipt to see if I have actually been charged for the missing item, £15 frying pan.
Extremely unreliable
Every time I think I’ll use them as their let downs must have been a one off it goes wrong again. Either the most basic of items are not available ie. Cucumber, bread, yoghurts etc. This happens with 5-10 items per order! My orders are only small to begin with as it’s me and my child so I rarely go above £65/70 a shop which also includes pet food and laundry items so about 2-3 bags of life worth of stuff and yet I’m lucky to get it complete. I turned off subs as items were not even closely matched and I always had to give these back to the driver. For such a large supermarket to not even have standard items available week in week out is pathetic
App hopeless since upgrade
I have used the app for years (previously website ) and since the recent update it is hopeless. Rewards vouchers have disappeared and also free meals voucher during the holidays. Ringing the helpline is dreadful. The app is hard to navigate and is forever crashing. Hope they’re not trying to make us shop in store as it’s 50 mile round trip to my nearest Asda so I’ll have no option but to change supermarket.

I placed an order online with a £100 gift voucher 2 weeks ago..the order didnt go through but charged my gift card..i have called them several times just for them
To tell me that its goun to be escalated.. all im saying thank god in previlidged,but if this was an elderly on their last £100 theyd be dead waiting without groceries or money to buy food.

Absolutely hopeless website. Unable to book delivery slot. Keeps saying sorry, something went wrong. Cleared cache and history but makes no difference. Will book with morissons instead.
The app is useless
The app is useless. They launched a new app a few weeks ago and I’ve never had so much trouble.
This is the second time I am unable to amend my order despite having an email saying I can amend my order until 6am on the day it is due. It sometimes checks out, sometimes not. At the moment it says I have £3.25 in my basket but when I go and look it says my basket is empty. It cannot search for things I know Asda sells so many of my regulars don’t exist on the app yet I know they sell them in store.
Telephoning is all but useless, “computer says no” scenario. The call centre is not based in the UK and when you ask to be put through to someone in the UK they refuse or cut you off.
And this silly man on the phone keeps telling you that the best way to get help is online, yeah right.
I think for Asda it should have been don’t fix something that isn’t broken.
Paid for but didn't receive £23 of frozen food.
Received my £100 online grocery order. After the driver had left I realised I didn't get any of my frozen food worth £23.30. Filled in the refund part of my order and revived an email saying refund denied! Not impressed Asda. Tried to call and waited over 5 minutes each time without anyone answering.

What is going on with online shopping
What is going on with online shopping? No regulars in stock, no favourites, no choice of products when searching only a couple are coming up!! Its like trying to do a shop at a local corner shop. Ive shopped at your store for over 15 years and i am going to shop elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Work experience kid design the site?
On the delivery side of things, my local store is top notch. The website however... Flat out refuses to accept valid payment details and has a habit of telling you the voucher code (you never entered in the first place) is invalid. Be prepared to keep attempting to pay for the duration of your 2 hour window, or for the sake of your sanity, just use another supermarket.

Terrible website and customer service
The changes on website are terrible. A technical error has stopped customers being able to do amendments to their order so you only get what you ordered first time, no add ons. Now their refund section is not working correctly. I won’t be placing another online order as I have wasted loads of time trying to sort it. Had to put order on twice as they lost first order but then it showed again so I got charged for two orders despite cancelling one. Customer Service is hopeless and unhelpful. The one star is for the driver and the picker as they were fine. Poor show Asda!

Who designed there app mr magoo.absolutley garbage. glitches slow loading u go into ur previous orders and can't even add anything from there to ur new order. And for deliveries they give u crap can't even buy fresh fruit mouldy.left them b4 coz of it and bought 2 pizzas £10 ..delivery was at night and it was used by that night refusing to pay me back for it so left cane back about year later 1st order 2 bistro fish use by that night on phone to them and gave them pelters qabout it got my money back.told them if it happens again b contacting food standards...so if ur blind or poorly sighted a feel for u coz u don't know what ur eating told them that 2.on there last waning they just don't give a fek just ur money there after they don't care what u eat..THERE A DISGRACE

Seriously!!! YOU need to sort out your new designed app. It takes forever to load up, my regulars and favourites keep disappearing. You search for a product and nothing comes up, even tho they are sold in your store. Sort it out otherwise you will lose customers.
