If I could give it a 0 I would. I am within the 30 day return window and they are offering me 10% partial refund on an item I asked to exchange for a larger size. They are not reading my emails. I asked to exchange the small for a medium and they tell me they have no smalls in stock. I want a medium. I think they are foreign and don't understand english. They are listed online as in stock as well as the mediums. They still tell me they are not in stock. There is no number to contact. They are listed in Chicago though they are shipped from oversees from a carrier called Yunexpress. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER

Cheaply made inferior products with a horrible return policy!!!

Return policy: The customer incurs the very expensive shipping costs to return the unwanted product back to Dongguan China, even though they never indicated the product was being shipped from China

Worse customer service ever,
They don’t allow me to just return my order that received yesterday that. Didn’t like the material ,

I purchased two “Channeled Corduroy Blazer” from this online company that I was under the impression was in Chicago. It took longer than I expected to receive them b/c they were sent from China.
The quality of these blazers was not good at all. They were clearly done very cheaply & didn’t even hang normally, & did not look like what the ad displayed at all. Another thing was that the sizes were really off (too small) for what was advertised. Not pleased at all.

Buyer Beware! I ordered a field jacket. What I received is a shirt not even close to what was pictured. After several emails to them, in order to get a full refund, they want me to return the poor quality item to China at my costs.
