Helpful company
Spoke with Lee who advised me the best survey to have for the property I was purchasing. Ashton Lee were understandable when my initial purchase fell through prior to the survey being completed and were on hand to help with my new purchase. Report was very thorough with the offer to go through any of it with me. Would definitely recommend.

Helpful survey
Ashton Lee were recommended to me by as estate agent. Jordan carried out the survey and the document was with me within 5 days. The report was very clear with plenty of photos to support the points made. I also spoke with Jordan on the phone with a few questions and found this helpful. I would certainly use them again.

Ashton Lee Surveyors fitted in a survey for us at very short notice. The survey was carried out by Lee. We found it to be very detailed and included lots of photos. Lee was happy to answer any questions we had. We found dealing with Lee was very pleasant. He has a good sense of humour which made us feel at ease, whilst still remaining professional. Brilliant service!
I am really impressed with the level of service received from Ashton Lee Surveyors. I was recommended to use them by my solicitor who had received some really good reports from them from other clients. I was very hesitant and nervous to go ahead with the survey because we have had 2 failed attempts of buying a house but Lee was very good and thorough in my initial phone call with him, explained the whole process in a lot of detail which was great. I managed to get my survey booked within 2 days of giving all the details to Ashton Lee.
Jordan Bole conducted my survey and honestly I am so impressed with how great the report is. Jordan’s report was really thorough and extremely easy to follow and understand. I was really happy with the overall service given. Thank you Jordan, I couldn’t recommend you enough!!

I needed a survey in very short notice, Lee went out of his way to do this for us! From the first day of contact the survey was done and the report was back to us within a week. Everything is explained very well and Jordan made sure to ask if I understood everything or needed to go through everything when the survey was sent to us. Their service the whole way though is great and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Lee was very helpful
Lee was very helpful, very professional and accomodating when surveying the house we were buying. The survey itself was thorough and very clear for us to understand.
The price was reasonable and the service was great.
My dad is thinking of moving later this year and he says he will be contacting Lee in this regard.

Thorough, professional and friendly service
We got Lee's number from an agent, sadly the agent turned out to be really poor and the only good thing we got from the process was Lee's contact!
We have used Lee twice now.
The service was so thorough; great communication; polite, friendly, helpful and professional.
Our report was with us within a week.
Would highly recommend.

Legit and easy surveying process
Was very cautious about who to book a survey with at first. Glad we went with Lee in the end who managed to fit us in for a survey very quickly and got the report through within 5 days. The report was very thorough and easy to understand. The results led to us withdrawing our offer however, will definitely be using Lee for future surveys.

Really pleased with the experience
I posted on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations for Surveyors and Lee was the most recommended. We were looking for a Home Buyers Report. We contacted Lee and he was very helpful, and explained how the whole process worked. We received the report a couple of days ago, and it’s very thorough.
