Worse service ever. Keep you on the line abd charge almost 14 dollars a minute. I lost my husband and they took full advantage ripping me off for at least 35,000 dollars. None of the predictions were correct. There address listed is at a ups store po box. No physical office address

While going through a year + long divorce, I needed almost daily guidance. I chose Psychic Mia. I can honestly say, without her spiritual guidance, I would not have come out of this mess with my head on straight. No promises were made, no false expectations given, we talked truth and she helped me open my eyes, to what I was really dealing with in the process, my ex etc. The guidance she gave was extremely accurate and equally important, applicable, valuable, useful, not just useless fluff. I have used Purple Garden and other sites, none, not a single one, compares to the invaluable guidance I received from Mia. She is in my opinion the most accurate spiritual advisor I have ever met and I am 50 years old.

Wow these people scammed me out of my money they never told me anything about me being charged with a person $13 per minute and kept my information how dare they do such a thing this place is fraud and this unacceptable that they keep your card on file and charge you without your permission or explaining to the customer the details like they try to rush you to pay and I was hesitant and I still did wow this is a scam I wish I would have read this before hand

During the midst of the pandemic I lived in an apartment complex with many other people who were about be illegally evicted.
I went into a small panic attack called up Ask Now and was lied to by the customer service representative from start to finish.

She promised me this incredibly generous discount as a first time caller and then recommended I connect to one of their Master tier psychics 🔮 without telling me he was $13.99 a minute and that the discounted offer didn't apply to Master psychics.
This individual she encouraged me to try was most definitely not a gifted psychic but rather a very glib con artist who claims he's a practicing Wiccan. True pagans don't go out of their way to screw people over. I explained to him that most of us received letters of eviction even though we were supposedly protected by the government from being evicted. He had me repeat myself many times and instead of tuning into the situation and crisis psychically he started ranting about a previous situation that had personally happened to him. He was also looking up online resources on the internet while chatting driving up the cost of the reading as much as possible.
There were moments I let him know I'd be hanging up soon but he'd stall as much as possible to drag on the conversation indefinitely.
The next day I went to my local bank to make a deposit and noticed this company had made multiple charges on my Mastercard debit card without my consent or permission.
I was in complete shock and disbelief that this company went out of their way to scam me when I was being threatened with an eviction and money was tight for me!
I of course called customer service up to dispute the charges and they claimed I knew that I'd be charged extra based on a tape recorded message I had listened to right before being connected to my psychic.
The only message I had heard was a sped up tape that was so garbled it sounded like a recording of Alvin and the Chipmunks 🐿 chatting.
Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this disreputable company at all costs. My bank was unable to fight for me and the BBB was also unsuccessful at helping me get my money back.

I wish I read reviews prior to purchase. I would have never made a purchase. I almost took the 30 min. for $30 but I was talked int doing time with a Master Psychic I would not need to say anything. Well Michael was the worst. Alls he did was ask me questions. He seemed to know nothing. I didn't bother using my other minutes with another psychic if he was there best "Master" I was talked into a membership, but they did not tell me it was $69 a month. They said you could cancel at any time. I had gotten a text message I sent an email. Sid I was unhappy. They told me to call the number. I was sick and did not call right away. They billed me $69.99 Nov 30th and billed me again Dec 30. They do not give refunds. Do not give these people any of your money or waste your time. I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. Horrible experience.
