If I could have given 0 stars I would. First of all I bought a 10 dollar bundle where I get 5 minute free with a master psychic. Their chat window has no timer. I didd however get a warning that my time was up. After that I started timing on my own and I spent about 2 extra minutes and ended the chat. Those two minutes magically transformed into 6 mins and I was charged 78 dollars. Talk about stealing.

I have used this company for many years and I see many good psychics come and go over the years I used this service. I am only going to talk about the good ones as I see many negative reviews. Why talk about the bad when you can glorify the good. If you’re looking for honest advice and guidance call Devin Starlight or medium Jozette. They are the best.

Trinity damn near caused me to get a divrce by asking me questions the whole time and telling me false info and getting mad at me whenever I cut her off to tell her I had to hang up she kept going and I eventually had to hang up on her it was $40 for 40 minutes i went to 48 minutes and they took $90 out don’t waste your time!

Both psychics I spoke to, Oracle Rose and psychic Trinity had no idea what they were talking about.
They also waste an exorbitant amount of time talking to you and asking you questions instead of giving you information. I finally hung up when she had wasted 9 minutes out of my 15 and still hadn't shuffled her deck. Total SCAM.

To sign up for an account an authorization form and ID is required. I am unwilling to do that, and its a complete hassle to get accounts closed and money refunded. They state its for "my protection" but clearly, if I deposited money from a credit card, refunding the same credit card shouldn't be in question. There isnt true customer service here, repetition of the same point over (i.e. sign our authorization form and then we can do what you ask) isnt negotiation, its being inaccessible and defensive and Im sure consumer rights are being violated. Horrible all the way around. Get up to speed and include verified by visa on your website already.

A website consisting of many sellers where a majority of the sellers have no negative review is a website to be scared of. Recently, I rated a psychic on the site with a 1 star review and it doesn't shows up. That's enough to understand that the company itself hides its bad business practices to fool people.
Big websites like Amazon.com, eBay.com, etc. have many products with mixed reviews by the users of the websites. But on asknow.com, you'll hardly find such reviews and they've been in business for a lot of years now. Before, paying for a psychic reading on asknow.com take a look at the reviews of most of the psychics, if you don't find anything negative, please run away. NO BUSINESS CAN BE 100% PERFECT AND EVEN IF THEY ARE THERE WILL STILL BE MIXED REACTIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Even GOOGLE and FACEBOOK have some bad reviews by people who have used their services and they are still in business.

I don't know what I would do without them. I call at least once a week. They have been so accurate.
