I attempted to redeem a 40 minute call for $40. I purchased it a couple days prior and when I called back to redeem they connected me with zero explanation of how to redeem. I just got a menu of psychics and picked one only to find I was *actually getting charged $13.99 a minute.* Admittedly a msg was quickly mumbled at the beginning that may have given a clue but it was VERY much not explicit or intelligible. When I expressed confusion to the psychic she of course said nothing to clarify, because hey money is the focus.

The reading I received was not in sync with my relationships or values at all except for my soon to be ex which was revealed in the beginning of the call. The rest was rubbish. Stayed on because I thought I WAS USING MY 40 PREPURCHASED MINUTES. I was waiting for some insight that resonated for who I am as a person. This master psychic or whatever wasn't even worth the $40 i thought i was spending.

They are exploiting people's distress and failing at clear communication. Ironic given that the business is all about communication.

My advice:

Make sure your reps clearly and explicitly explain HOW to redeem on EVERY call not just the purchase call.

Make any recorded message equally clear with an option to repeat them.

Even better, Have a dedicated line that is SOLELY for redeeming your packages. The system you have now is insanely misleading.

Train your psychics not to rip people off. If someone expresses uncertainty have some morals.

Be ready for what karma and the universe has in store for you and your team for your sketchy practices.

They are liars and scammers! Nothing any of their said had. One true for me! They tell you what you want to hear and then have the nerve to charge13.99 a minute and guess what they have the audacity to want to charge 36.99 a month for a package to talk to one of their elite psychics for 5 minutes and get horoscopes etc what a waste of time I should get all of my money back that I have spent over the year

Asknow has some wonderful Master readers. I have read with Jozette and Clarissa for years and a couple others. And customer service is e excellent!

I got text or email from spiritual society inclusive their comment with different phone number. I called a specific comment from a email and somehow that number went to asknow instead of spiritual society. I have struggle to connect Jozette and whenever they call me back in wrong time and wrong place. The price is way too expensive due its American (exchange issue)
They left mystery instead of specific not hint due I’m askin who is my soulmate, when will I meet, etc. they kept deduct my monies out of my credit without my knowledge. So I am letting you know it is scam. If you want to be psychics then say accurate not made up.
I am angry and advantage of my barrier and disadvantage of my credit. It has to stop. If you want to spread out all over the world. You have to let u know who are u connect to and where are u from. Recently I called help all they send me the bill account to fill out as I told they it already in their file. i don’t approve oracle siren rose for being disrespectful when I was asking specific. Nope thank you don’t ask.

Jozette is very accurate and is surprised at my own intuition. The second she heard my voice on our first call, she recognised a health issue that I should keep an eye on. I had cancer and had it removed. I never said anything and she was spot on, as with other things, too. Then we got to discussing my best friend and crush. Like with another I go to, they said keep on going down this path and everything will unfold in my favour. I agree with the prices and customer service, though, and the unexpected added charges. $2000 for four hours is unjust. I would give it a two, but Jozette surprised me, even though she took her time with some answers, but that's one way for them to get their money, but I guess she had to in order to connect better.

Do I recommend them? Yes, but check to see how much you'll be charged. Don't go all the time unless you can afford it. If you can't after one-two calls, as I have had two so far with Jozette, who does remember her clients and what was discussed, and I will be contacting her again in the future, wait a while.

So that's why they're getting three stars.

Oh and while they say "for entertainment purposes only", they don't legally have to say that. Sites like this have to do that so they won't be sued.

April 2022 I got my 1st reading. 3 months later I spoke to someone else from the same site. Interesting enough the readings were almost identical. I was given a name and dates and told what to watch for. The dates given are long gone and names and things predicted never happened. ASKNOW is scammers who charge outrageous prices and then make things up. I am convinced my readings were documented and then read before giving me additional readings. How else would the readings be almost identical ? I repeat NOT one thing came to pass concerning my readings. I got taken twice and will never call there again and customer service was/is flat out rude and makes you feel like you are wasting their time with your questions.

If I could give this company a ZERO star I would! I purchased a reading with Oracle Siren Rose, and when the "reading' incurred she literally spent the whole hour talking about herself and her personal life. I reached out to customer service explaining the situation, and how disappointed I was in the service and requested a refund. They were extremely rude and stated the call was recorded and I was lying. Little did they know, I recorded the call as well. I have had multiple readings in my lifetime and so I always record them. This was by the worst reading experience I've had. I proceeded to dispute the charges with my bank, during the banks investigation a 3 way call was placed and the representative at the company said they are issuing me a refund and to remove the chargeback on their account. So naturally my bank did so as they were informed a refund was being issued to me. The company ever issued me a refund and the charges were applied back on my account. I have contacted customer service nearly every day for over 5 months now and they continue to block me or respond extremely rude and disrespectful. They stated they are aware that the Oracle did not provide the services I purchased but they don't need to refund me. I have never dealt with such a terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional company before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

I asked two different physics the same question. I asked sandra lee and physic tree. Both said the complete opposite. And physics tree wasted my time going on and On that didn't even help me and wasted my time with no info for me at all.. when I said I had to go I didn't have money to stay on line she said I just want to help.. yay, take all my money. It was robbery.When I called and complained they said they would review and call them back in two days . I did and they said they both did fine and it was fine they said the opposite. Bull sh** first and last time I will ever use a physics. I will also tell all my friends it is a total scam.

This is a TOTAL SCAM! They false advertise 15 mins for $10, then you call and its $30 for 30 minutes plus 5 extra minutes. What they don't tell you is anything over that extra 5 minutes is $13.99/minute!! I was caught in this trap and challenged them to review my call because I was not told about this extra charge and would have never agreed to it if I had known. Once reviewed, they said I was told and charged me an obscene amount of money with no proof. SCAM! It's really disappointing how places like this take advantage of others when trying to seek help. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they don't care about you, they only want your money and they are unethical when doing so. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

This is a bait and switch scheme. They spam you, constantly, offering 15 minutes for $10. Then, when you call in, the price is $30 or $40. There is no $10 call. They also charge for extra minutes, even after you hang up the phone.

Should be a negative 1,000 Stars. These people are the biggest frauds. I got a $5 reading from a master psychic and when the timer went off I went to push my button to hang up but due to my disability I didn't hang up quick enough and I got charged an additional $13.99. Then I did my 20 minutes reading and the woman had no idea about anyting about me and I had to tell her stuff and then she started giving me a reading from what I told her. I could do that. I asked to have the $20 20 minute free reading would that psychic I had asked for and they keep calling me and wanting to connect me at $6.99 a minute. They will not refund me and I will not let me have the 20 minute reading I had signed up for. They are frauds and thiefs. I am going to report them as frauds and scammers

Terrible service worst ever experienced in my lifetime. They are leaving people homeless and unable to provide food and shelter for their children. Not sure how they sleep at night.

A rating? This site should be shut down for so many frauds and baiting people through fake set package pricing! They deserve investigation! People do not deserve to be scammed like this, I paid for a $10 package and they took almost $500 from me, with absolutely no reading! "Psychic" bored me to death about her life, so I hung up, just to find a bill for a service that was not provided. This site has scam artists not psychics.

How can I give a negative rating. I have given them plenty of opportunities. No 2 Readings the same even if done minutes apart. They reuse names for different physics. They took my money and now refuse to let me use the minutes purchased.

I am a skeptic but I needed help and I decided to give this site a try after a friend recommended me. I had my first reading ever with Devin Starlight back in December for 35 minutes and he was ether a really good fake or extremely accurate. He told me things I had even forgotten about with out me giving him any insight. I am still waiting on his prediction about my POI early this fall. We keep getting closer like Devin said we would I just hope he is right about this guy like was about everything else.

If you are actually looking for a REAL psychic who is authentic this website is NOT it. I have read with Melissa. I hated psychics because nothing was coming true. Check her out if you actually want an authentic reading. Read her reviews before you speak and you will not be disappointed. I absolutely love her she reads people like a book. Dear Audience I am actually a real psychic healer and on January 20, 2021 in a moment of weakness and based on positive reviews on Ask Now's psychic site I called late at night for a reading for myself.
The first red flag is the customer service representative asked me for my full billing address and security code number for my bank's debit card and asked me to repeat this information twice very loudly over their phone system.
The second red flag is the customer service representative insisted John who was probably the best talker on the hotline would be perfect for my needs. She offered me a deal that was too good to be true and said that normally John who is a top reader charges $13.99 per minute but he could read me for $40 for 40 minutes.
After I was given his extension as the only option I attempted three separate times for 15 minutes to try and connect with him but their robot system wasn't allowing me to.
Finally we connected together and I told John I had just received a piece of paper from the manager at our property that me and 20 other people were being threatened with a 5 day notice of eviction during this pandemic.
He kept me chatting for as long as possible telling me he belongs to a coven and they would put my request in a prayer circle but he didn't give me a legitimate psychic reading at all nor did he tell me any information about myself, my past or the future.
He just wanted to talk about nonsensical information rather than give me a legitimate psychic reading which indicates to me this line is fraudulent.
The next day my bank showed me three separate charges were made by their company called Best Readings. They charged my debit card $40 then $416 and on top of that an extra $78.
If you do your research online they have scammed many consumers like me who had hoped for a $40 reading for 40 minutes but we were all victimized by this company.
I called their customer service team for days after and they laughed at me and said I agreed to a top tier reader for the rate of $13.99 per minute.
Please don't let this happen to you. No one from Ask now will assist you in obtaining a refund and during this pandemic they should be ashamed of themselves scamming people of their money.

After using several other medium sites, I found medium Jozette on asknow.com and she is honestly the only person I’ll go to for readings. She’s very to the point in a personable way and not to mention how extremely precise with her insights she is! Whether it’s connecting with a lost relative through her spiritual connections or simply some premonitions for the future, medium Jozette is the best fit.

The best reading I ever had. Devin Starlight is amazing! This guy is quick, forward and knows what he is talking about. Totally impressed me. I came in with a 5free minute offer but i decided to purchase 30 minutes and still got 5 free minutes. I was referred to him by customer service, Elizabeth was great and friendly.

If l could give this place a 0 start l would. The employees l spoke with after are rude. So l initially paid $30 for 30 min and l didn't hear the timer they speak of and then they started charging me the min rate of $13 and some change and here l am thinking l am just getting into the 30 min l paid for. Called back and from the supervisor Raymond that l spoke to and another person l spoke with they where rude tell me my bill was $300 and something and they already took out $78 out of my bank. Dishonest and deceiving site don't use

So not they waived the $274 or so and now l am paying $74 plus $30 for the 29 min l spoke on the phone when initially they had said its $30 this is a scam should have read the reviews before.
