Unprofessional, disorganised and rude.

The electrician turned up without the correct equipment, despite us clearly specifying what was needed when booking. We were told to rebook and received a confirmation email, but on the day were told the job hadn’t actually been scheduled.

Customer service was poor throughout - including refusing to provide an email address and speaking to my wife disrespectfully. We were also sent invoices despite no work being carried out, and the original quoted price ended up including hidden fees.

After five days of being messed around, we cancelled and went elsewhere. Avoid if you want a smooth, straightforward service.

I thought I only had a blocked drain and it turned out I needed much more work to be done. Using CCTV I was shown what was wrong and it was explained to me clearly what work had to be done to fix the problem. Sam, Pawel attended on day 1 and then the major works were carried out on another day by Pawel and Calum. All 3 engineers were friendly and professional and the area was cleaned afterwards. Very happy with these guys hence the 5 stars!

The only negative thing I would say about Aspect is that the initial call out fee isn't very clear.

Good service from the office staff, but most of all the two electricians, Kalidur and Jyrgen who carried out 1st and 2nd fix work at our property. They were punctual and their work was neat, tidy and to a high professional standard. Both were very helpful with advice concerning layout and components required for the job.

Our engineer was Josh Millard who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he kept us informed of exactly what he was doing in fixing our leak, during the time he was with us. Would recommend.

During initial contact with ASPECT, I felt secure that my drainage block problem would be solved without delay. Within an hour of calling we were informed that a call would be made within 15mins to my address. This happened and an extremely nice chap, name Aron Love, took a look at the problem and without fuss, or delay, explained that he would bring equipment to the blockage and solve/save the day for me. This problem was cleared, cleaned, and solved without delay a layman’s explanation, Aaron was an extremely polite and efficient person that Aspect could be proud of having as an employee. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending, or using again. Well done Aaron…

Workmanship and quality of work was great but communication was not very good. To many booking emails were sent. However I would use Aspect again.

I found Aspect online and unlike many other companies, they were instantly easy to reach, very clear with their pricing and came out within a few hours. They were were nice, thorough and did what they said. Pawel came from Aspect -he sorted out the issue in less time than an hour (they have a 1hr initial fee, no call out charges) and then used the rest of the time to do more thorough checks and cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Top class service from Aspect today - from booking, attendance, work and the people I dealt with I cannot fault them. Calum Jones who came to do my work was efficient, friendly and left the place spotless.

Fisnik the plumber attending my property to deal with a leak - he was polite, fast and efficient and kept me informed about what he was doing - i appreciated the communication. A really good plumber and i would recommend in a heart beat

Prompt service when booked. Great plumber who quickly found and fixed the leak. Tidied up and was professional. However pricing is not transparent. There is and additional £118. + VAT for the gas testing on top of hourly rate that is not explained at booking. Invoicing is not easy to understand and customers have to sign off invoice before seeing total costs. I had a discrepancy in charges which was dealt with quickly next day but I had to pay first and get refund next day. This can be avoided by simply having a report visible before signing and paying. Pimlico plumbers work this way so Aspect please incorporate this into your service as this massively lets you down. Your plumber was fantastic but payment part a headache which could be avoided by improvements in billing procedures.

Two completely opposing opinions as to what was causing the damp, from different members of staff, on the same day.
