Ordered a pre purchase drainage survey on a property last week as Aspect said it could be done the next day and I was on a short timeline. Survey was done but six days later am still waiting for the report despite my repeatedly saying it was time critical. It took four days and three calls to get the correct amount charged to me (their bill was inconsistent with their quote). I was told then the report would be with me that evening. It didn’t arrive. Two days later and despite two chasing conversations and an assurance the engineer would sent it this evening and the engineer’s manager was aware, it has still not been received. Very very poor service.

Following this post I engaged with a member of aspect’s customer service team late on the evening of the 13th, she did a great job of getting me the report and dealing with my complaint. I clearly cannot name her but if Aspect management can see this (you have the Job number), she provided truly first rate service and is a credit to your company

Aspect responded speedily to our call for help (blocked drains) and sent their representative within 1 hour. Harvey unblocked and cleaned our drains with impressive efficiency, technical skill and personal warmth. He analysed the causes of the blockage (drains fractured in several
places by tree roots), using photos taken along the inside of the drains.

In a second visit 3 working days later, he inserted internal sleeves into the drains, using methods and materials we understood to be tried and tested, and repaired the fractures in the drains from the inside.

He recommended Aspect check the drains in a year’s time and afterwards as required, to ensure fatty deposits were not building up and the drains worked well.

We’re impressed by Aspect and its representative. Their work is excellent.

Engineer presented and performed services professionally. Arrived promptly, did a thorough check of the space, gave advice for a follow-up visit.

Good communications telling me likely arrival time, arrived within expected timeslot. Professionally and quickly cleared blocked manhole using rods, CCTV and high powered water jet.

Dreadful company. I made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The day before they ring wanting to change to Wednesday morning as engineer going to be nearby. I agreed but had to cancel other precooked appointments as a result. Waited all morning but no one came. They then rang and said they’d come around 13.00. No one here at 14.40 so rang to cancel. They wouldn’t cancel said some one would come in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I said NO I’m cancelling but they were not accepting this so ended call. They kept ringing. They take credit card details before doing anything. I’ve had to ring bank to make sure they don’t take any money. What a waste of a day 😡

Warren explained the job to me in great detail was able to see completed job via camera very pleased left everything neat and tidy .Warren was completely professional job well done

Lee was very polite, clear, considered in his investigations and very helpful and thorough. He identified the issue and solved it within the day. He provided evidence of the issue and a full report. Also the people I spoke to over the phone were very positive and helpful. A great team to work with, easy booking process, fantastic service, problem solved I would highly recommend.

From start to finish the Aspect team were amazing. I called them as I had an emergency leak and the engineer Ethan arrived within an hour. He detected the issue right away, sourced the correct replacement parts and fixed the problem in a very professional and timely manor.

Lewis arrived at my house.He asked me a few questions regarding the work that had to be done. He saw what the problem was and went straight ahead and fixed it.
He gave us some advice regarding the work he had done which I was really grateful for. I have taken it on board to work and think about over the next couple of days. Lewis was very polite and a clean and tidy worker. I would definitely want him to do any future work in the future. Many thanks Lewis.

Actually the issue got solved but the first plumber you sent identified the issue but coujd not fix it ( not experienced enough?) so I had to book another session for the remedy. I therefore ended up paying for 2 hours Labour when 1 would have sufficed if the first plumber ( who was very nice and helpful) had actually been able to do the job. I don’t this this OSS good enough on your part and would like a refund for the first hour.

Another great job by Aspect. Sam and Craig clearly explained everything that needed doing, and their work is exceptional.

Yes trust your gut this is a con, you have to give over your credit card online before the person arrives. The hourly rate is completely ambiguous and then they throw on that they don’t have the tools available “gas” which I had purposely asked if was included in the work on the phone before hand. You could sense the call handlers desperation to get a job. Regarding the work I have never seen anyone taking so long to put tools away, quote etc so all their paper work, ask for WiFi etc. But the worst was him trying to make you sign for the work without actually telling you or showing you what you are signing for or highlighting that this was an invoice. Very underhand and sneaky really, he was then quite aggressive when I asked him what I was signing. Knew it was iffy from the get go! Do not use even if you think your are very experienced getting quotes and working with tradespeople!

Jack was polite and clear about the work and issues. He cleaned up and did a good job within the time.
