Had aluminium doors fitted in 2022. Multiple issues with the unit, including;

1. Product faulty - leaking when raining.
2. Thermal issues - unit exceptionally cold to touch; so much so it acts like a condenser dehumidifier in the winter.
3. Window unit has failed and internal panel is misting within 2 years of install.

All contact with the company they deny all accountability. Christian visited the property to “investigate”; which consisted of him looking at the unit and stating the only way he can rectify is for me to pay another £10,000 for a different unit. He admitted to there being a drainage hole being missing but then never rectified; after three years of chasing.

Remarkable how they are still trading; conveniently without a review to be seen. Please don’t waste your precious life time with this dreadful operation.
