DOOOOO NOT ORDER

DOOOOO NOT ORDER. They are a small operation and are not equipped to turnaround orders in a timely manner. They state it takes up to two weeks to process... I'm about to reach 4 weeks. When your business is seasonal items its probably a good idea to deliver your items during the actual season. If you inquire about your items they give a blanket email saying they're a bit behind but here's 25% off your next order. I don't want 25% off, I would like what I ordered in the timeframe YOU said.

I'm currently trying to get my money back as I could easily get the shirts locally for $20 opposed to the $60 they charge.

I ordered three shirts for a vacation a…

I ordered three shirts for a vacation a month in advance. I reached out because I still hadn’t gotten any notice of them shipping. They apologized saying they were behind. I waited a bit longer then re-reached out to cancel the order because now there’s no way I could get my order before we leave and no response. I’ve never ordered from a worse company.

Omg the worst ever

Omg the worst ever. Okay so where do I begin!?! I bought items for the fall in AUGUST!!! It’s currently September 23 and nothing.

I’ve sent an email 15 days ago and they apologized .

Sent an email on Saturday saying cancel the order bc I needed the items for a vacation that I’m leaving for TOMORROW. Nothing

Just sent them another email now… and no response. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend. They didn’t even bother to make my shirts until I emailed them asking what’s up 17 days after I paid for them. Then they sent them and my package got delayed, they use USPS who do not allow receivers to make queries about packages so I emailed them several times asking them to enquire about my package and they just simply ignored me. I also purchased matching shirts - and the colours don’t match at all!!! What the hell?

Vote with your wallet people and purchase through someone else.

If I could give them a 0 I would

If I could give them a 0 I would. Will not return any emails. I bought a shirt for my boyfriend to wear at the birth of our daughter it has since been 3 weeks since I ordered and nothing. More than likely I won’t even have in time for her birth. Thankfully I used PayPal I will try to make a case!

I’ve tried contacting this company and…

I’ve tried contacting this company and they refuse to get back to me. I am wanting to purchase clothing for my daughter but wanted to know how the clothing may look against other skin tones. They seem to favor a specific ethnicity with their models and I didn’t want to purchase without a relatable reference.

fantastic customer service

I placed my first order and needed an exchange due to my own judgement in error on sizing, and customer service was great to work with! Their responses were always quick and friendly and they put my mind at ease. I will be back for more orders 🙂

Bad product Worse customer service

Customized an embroidered name hat & selected what I thought was a certain font, when I received that hat it was a very different font. I brought it up to their customer service and the response back could care less. I provided pictures of how misleading their selection guide was but the representative kept putting it back on me. On top of having the wrong font, the embroidery on the hat is very thin & awkward for the size of the hat. Please don't waste your time or money on this website.

I Love my custom hat for my son. It’s adorable and it arrived quickly for something that is handmade similar shipping time to what I would expect if it were getting something from Etsy. The quality is great as well.

Great customer service

I ordered a “big bro” hat for my son and I was so excited to receive it because it was how I planned to tell my sons dad that we were having another baby. And then I started reading all these bad reviews about how long shipping took and I was so bummed that I even considered canceling the order. I reached out to the company on Instagram with my concerns and it was shipped to me within a few days. The customer service was awesome, and they even managed to do all this two weeks before Christmas so thank you Aspen & co

Go get your own machine and make it

The process is not well thought out. No i didn’t not see anywhere online that it would take 3 weeks just to make + shipping time. They gave me one option which was expedited shipping, sure let’s expedite it. I understand it’s expedited “shipping” but if I’m choosing expedited shipping what makes you think i want to wait 3 weeks for the order just to be made lol? Beware

Cannot return

When I sent them a note that the hat I received did not match the color OR style of the pictured hat and to provide a return receipt I was told to look at my invoice for description. Apparently you cannot return if you are not satisfied

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. The order policy is14 days to process and the add on the shipping time. I asked for expedited shipping and the order took 13 days. What a waste. Baby was already born, shirt is pointless.

Pathetic management by people working here. They are totally lost and clueless about what has to be delivered and where or to whom. Even after I placed order well in advance, and they confirmed the order...they always showed stuff out of stock at the last moment and cancel

Exactly what I’d hoped for & what was pictured!

I felt the need to come on here after ordering from them (Ad on Instagram) and then panicking that it was a scam company (It’s not - thank GOODNESS!), in hopes to help others like me. What I learned was that Aspen + Company is actually a small business, which I felt really good about supporting! For context, I placed my order on 6/21 and it arrived on 6/28. The crew sweatshirt was EXACTLY what I’d hoped for (soft/cozy) and what was pictured - I couldn’t be happier. Don’t let these negative reviews deter you from ordering here. Support small business - even if it takes some extra time to get to you!

Same problem everyone else seems to…

Same problem everyone else seems to have had.
1. No communication, but seems like with these kinds of insta companies that's not always uncommon. I emailed twice with zero response after not getting my shirt in time for a holiday.
2. Delays. Received my shirt weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Covid delays, ok, forgivable.
3. There is a mark from the iron press or whatever. So there is a big square outline that looks like a burn or... ink or oil or something and it makes a large square in the front of the shirt that looks dirty/burnt. Terrible. No response yet from customer service.

Recently ordered shirts for Easter

Recently ordered shirts for Easter. After the first wash of my daughters shirt, the ink from the print bled over the shirt and caused some discoloration. I reached out to the customer service department and notified them what happened and they immediately sent out a new shirt and apologized for the issue with the print. Quick response, quick resolution, and polite employee!
