Rectified my order & received my items!
I’m fixing my review! This company has made a video showing and explaining all that was wrong and how they were fixing it! They shipped my items overnight! Since I have received my items 2 wks later then the 1-3 week turn around. They still they sent me them and they look great! I feel it has rectified my issue with this company and no longer have issue.

I am so so so disappointed in this company! I placed an order a month ago for a Halloween shirt and never got shipping confirmation and never received my items! I have contacted the company many times through their site and email and never heard anything back. Will never order from here again!!!!

Love Aspen and Company
Love Aspen and Company! Great customer service - I emailed them a little over a week after my order was placed to get a status update and I got response within 24 hours that they were preparing to ship it out. I let them know that I was hoping to get my order in four days as it was a gift and they were quick to upgrade my shipping without any additional cost. I received my order within a quick two days! I know they're super busy with Covid but great customer service can make up for the delay in shipping. Not to mention, everything is super cute and great quality!!

Paid & Never Received my Items …
Heavily advertised company on instagram and was excited to get my hands on their cute girl dad and mom items. Ordered my items over 3 weeks ago and have received no shipping confirmation or anymore info on the order I placed. I think I was ripped off by this company. I have no items & they have taken the money out of my account. I will update my review if I’m wrong but as of now I’m not too hopeful on receiving my items.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! I found out about this company through a YouTube video where a woman raved about the clothes that were given to her. I placed an order over a week ago and received a confirmation email, but no shipping information. I created an account on their website to track my order but it says I didn't place any orders. I have sent 4 emails to their customer service with no response, HOWEVER my credit card has been charged for the full amount plus shipping. I cannot find a customer service number to call. They only list an email address. BOTTOM LINE, THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING. They are not even professional enough to respond to my emails. I will never order from them again. Just want to make everyone aware--stay away from this company.

In love with this company
I have ordered many things from them in the past. Their t shirts and pullovers are so soft and It’s all amazing quality. I’ve had my newest items for a few months and I have to wash them often (I have a messy baby) and it all seems to be holding up VERY well. Love this company SO MUCH!!
