Just completed the weekend course on Creative Finance with Mark Dalton and Lindsay Hopkins.
Wow.
Brilliantly accessible, extremely informative and mixed vital information with easy to understand explanations. Couldn't have enjoyed it more. Got loads of top draw information that I will be using extensively as me and my partner build out financial fortress. BOOM!

After spending 3 long days with Mark and Lindsay (virtually) on the Creative Finance course (8th-10th July), I can honestly say that even though I am new to property investment, I now feel more confident with the options available to me when I thought I had none. Was it information overload - YES! Will I watch the recordings over again - DEFINETLY! Mark and Lindsay are slightly nutty but they have so much positive energy and knowledge which I found not only motivating but encouraging. If they can pick themselves up at the lowest point in life and rise like a phoenix, then so can I! I will report back once I have made progress, but the fire has been lit in my belly. I look forward to seeing you both again and will work hard with the knowledge you have provided to get investing! For anyone wondering whether to join Asset Academy or not, my personal experience has been a positive one so far. If you are serious about improving your life and willing to put the work in, go for it!

I have been with Asset Academy for 9 months now and just completed their creative finance weekend with Mark and Lindsay and can't recommend it enough.

Online weekend courses are difficult I find, but their enthusiasm, Jokes and engaging personalities made it very easy and I felt involved the whole way through.

Lots of very implementable information, time to get stuck in... BOOM!

Online webinar is recorded 1 hour video, meant to convince you to buy their training courses; which would further convince you to buy more advanced courses. If you want to learn something about property, learn from your own experience. You can buy experience from online webinars.

I have attended 5 property courses with Asset Academy and have learnt more than I ever thought I would. I come from a property background and thought I knew quite a lot but their courses dig down into a lot of detail. The presenters are all property professionals that are experienced investors and you can't beat speaking to people that have their level of experience, both good and bad. My overall view is that my investment with Asset Academy is probably equal to making one mistake on a property. Hopefully with the knowledge I have gained I can not make several mistakes that I probably would have done without the training.

Amy was introduced to us on Friday as our coach for the weekend.
We feel we have had the best coaching and conversation input with her as she was such an important part of our course to understand and follow the curriculum.
Having Amy onboard with our morning check ins set us up for each days training with her wealth of knowledge and great personal to put us at ease worries our concerns and woes. She also gave us confidence in ourselves as a couple to steam on ahead in the near future. We will most definitely be connecting with her in the not too distance future to continue our learning journey
We feel we defo had the best coach but also we have made a friend the best we could of wished for and would highly recommend her to any future aspiring student attending Asset Academy

We had a fantastic weekend training with Asset Academy. Really good advice and loads of inspiration to get going on property investing. The course covers so much and I would definitely recommend AA to anyone looking to start their career in property investment.

Comprehensive, well delivered, insightful, great historical and current market analysis. Every guest contributor understood exactly what information we needed and everyone was patient with our "daft" questions.

Great motivation to get rich! We have changed our thinking upon doing these property courses, in an amazing way-and learnt that mindset is everything, apart from knowledge is power...Now we have started investing in property, building our empire safely little by little. It has been tough but we have the tools. With some administration changes in the company to be honest communication has deteriorated so we have not given top marks, but we are very grateful for coming across Asset Ascademy overall. I think it’s the right time to thank Asset Academy for changing my life!! If you had told me three years ago, I would be full time in property now, I would have laughed! My partner signed up to Asset Academy in 2018 and I signed up in 2019 and what a journey it has been!

It has not been easy and is what I can describe as a rollercoaster! But Asset Academy don’t tell you it’s going to be easy, what they do teach you is all the in-depth information you need to build a successful property business. We have had to work hard after the courses to get to where we are, but we honestly could not have done it without the help from Asset Academy and their network of students and trainers.

I am so grateful for how Asset Academy and excited for what is in store in the future. Thank you!

Martin Robert advertised for an auction training on Facebook, and that's what i paid £997 for that never took place, and again i attended free 3 days training with Dr Ro, and later subscribe for 6 months training, in which i cancelled within the cancellation period, so my £300 should be refunded, why didn't you attend the court hearing if you think you have a case,? you will soon be visited by Bailiff as you cannot get away with my money, the court fees/ interest on the money i paid amount to £1800.. i cannot pay you for a free webinar training that was offered by many property trainers .I just came back from the Oxford County Court, as i still chasing Asset academy/Dr Ro for my £1800, they took from me since 2020, in disguise for auction course that never took place
The judge advised that Asset Academy/Mayflower Alliance are not recognise in the UK, so People don't trade with them, and should anything went wrong, you cannot sued Asset Academy/Mayflower Alliance, so people should bear this in mind before giving your money to this UK unrecognised Names.. The Judge advised that i sued a name, the person that advertised the auction training on facebook, and the person that officiates the free 1 day training, and lured me into making payments into the Mayflower Alliance bank account, they will be the persons i will be suing. Asset Academy is a SCAM!!!

Just completed the Asset Academy Buy to Let course. Would thoroughly recommend so many light bulb moments going through. Arden and Chris cover so much and as a beginner the explanations were informative and easy to follow. Thank you both again so much.

This weekend I attended the Buy to Let and Property Entrepreneurship Course ran by Chris and Arden.
Absolutely brilliant. Full of knowledge, insight and experience.
Their no nonsense approach was inspiring to take action and there is plenty I can be doing going forward.

Excellent Buy to Let course! Really enjoyed it and learned so much. Arden and Chris who teach the course, are fantastic and have so much super valuable experience, lots of energy and enthusiasm, as well as common sense. Practical advice to apply in my property journey and made me think how to approach each viewing for the most productive outcome. Being involved in property, and Asset Academy has changed my life. Sounds cliche, but it's a fact.

I was stuck in a corporate job that from the outside, looked amazing to other people. I was raised like most thinking I needed to get a good job, with good perks, and a good pension. In 2015 I hit a crossroads. I was suffering with an internal conflict that didn't make sense to me and my mental and physical health hit rock bottom. To put it into perspective, there were days where I was not able to get out of bed my anxiety was that high. I also developed crohn's disease that caused me to be in hospital once a month and this is when I knew something had to change. Initially I thought changing my job would solve my problems and I actually got talking to someone who worked for a company I wanted to work for. It turned out, that this person was working at this job because she enjoyed it, but did not 'need' to as she had built a property portfolio. This caught my attention so I went and did the initial property seminar she did (Asset Academy) and that's where I thought, if I don't do this, then what are my options and realised I didn't have any....I was always blaming others and things for why I didn't have the life I wanted.

Fast forward to now - I'm less than 3 years in to property, have left my corporate job, my health both mental and physical is drastically improved (no longer in and out of hospital) and I am building the life I initially envisioned. My biggest learning so far: If you want something, take responsibility for your own life, stop making excuses and blaming others and find the solutions to go do it.

Oh and now I have the pleasure to come back and help other students on their journey.... how cool is that?

I signed up with Asset Academy, following 'Home under the Hammer' Martin Roberts' advert on Facebook - this was way back in 2020. Initially, I attended an online 3-day course with Dr Ro at £180. The 3 days felt like a crash course - we were bombarded with information (far too much to process), more importantly, the rhetoric was heavily geared towards convincing or, should I say, brainwashing as many people as possible to sign up onto their more extortionate advanced courses by the end of that 3rd day (a Sunday in my case). Dr Ro made out that you would miss the opportunity of a lifetime if you did not sign up onto these advanced courses. He kept saying things like, "Do not look at the price of the shovel when digging for gold", and on that Sunday, a designated member of Asset Academy called me to further convince me to buy their advanced courses - the person was incredibly persuasive. Dr Ro kept reiterating how money was readily available from banks (through credit cards/personal loans, etc). At the time, I did look up for negative reviews on Trustpilot, however, Asset Academy had only just been launched online and the reviews were rather sparse; I could not form an educated opinion on the organisation. In addition, the fact that it was being advertised by none other than Martin Roberts gave Asset Academy even more credibility. There was a massive pressure for participants to sign up onto these advanced courses and onto the mentoring program by the end of that 3rd day - there was a time limit! Ironically, this allowed me no time for any due diligence or reflection. Eventually, convinced that Asset Academy was a reliable company seeing its affiliation with Martin Roberts, I paid £5000 for 3 advanced courses from my credit card. The prices were as follows:
1 advanced course = £2000
3 advanced courses = £5000
7 advanced courses = £7000
+ Mentoring for 6 months
and an additional £10 000 (if you wanted a personal coach).
The advanced courses and mentoring were informative, however, yet again the advanced courses were more like crash courses (we were inundated with information). All that information is fine but pretty much worthless with no practical support. You're very much on your own - that's the plain reality! There's not much help on their Facebook group either, sometimes your queries go unanswered. When they're pressurising you to sign up on their courses, they omit to mention you should already have a strong network of connections before you can actually go into this business, that you somewhat need to have an understanding of the building industry and know the building jargons, that you need to have well-off friends and families to finance your projects, and that property investing is a full-time job in itself (something you will barely have time to do if you are in a dependable full-time employment!). It's been nearly 2 years since I have joined Asset Academy, this property investing business has not taken off yet and is unlikely to take off in the foreseeable future - it remains an elusive dream! The blatant reality is that I have bought into a scam!
Last but not least, I mentioned about the mentoring program that lasts for 6 months whereby you get a video call from an assigned coach every week. These replays are then available to watch for the next 6 months (though largely inadequate if you are in full-time employment). The awful thing was that as soon as those 6 months had elapsed, access to that training site was blocked. Got in touch with Asset Academy, and the head of the Mentoring Program unscrupulously insisted that I should pay an additional £49.99 to extend my access to that training page - yet again proving how money-minded Asset Academy are. They are just after your money; they really couldn't care less. Asset Academy has only recently come about; it took off during the pandemic and these individuals have found an ingenious way to make money. When I joined them, there were roughly 100 members in their Facebook group, now they have more than 1000 members and counting – just imagine how much money they’ve made. Do not allow yourself to be pressurised into signing up onto Asset Academy's exorbitant advanced courses and mentoring program; you may be in for unnecessary and unreasonable debts.
