Great course - really insightful and lots of useful tools and tips to help you in property investment

A lot of useful knowledge, I feel after completed the course I am more confident in starting my rent to rent business. The step by step of a rent to rent is detailed in the course.

Excellent, detailed, practical and flexible training

The SA/RTR 3 days have been packed with information. The coaches have been excellent making sure all questions have been answered.

The 3 day R2R & SA course was amazing, really enjoyed listening about the tips and tricks regarding R2R HMOs and Corporate Lets, and the hosts via Suzanne and Petra was fantastic! SA by Alan was great as well, as well as the special guests that came in to give talks as well.

This course provides financial advice, current news in this sector, sound business intelligence for Asset Academy students, loads of investment opportunities and the legal pitfalls to avoid.

I've just spent 3 days on the Asset Academy Advanced 3 day training course on Houses of Multiple Occupation.

Three days intense coaching on HMO's; identifying areas, identifying properties, optimising the room layout, building regulations, licensing, refurbishment, furnishing, management, sourcing deals and the importance of broadband to tenants!!

Colin and Russ are excellent coaches - really engaging and hugely knowledgeable in the subject matter. Importantly, they've sat exactly were I am as a student, and they've done it. They've taken what they've learned and made it into their business.

I've just finished the HMO training with Russ Dyble and Colin Harper this weekend and so glad I chose this! Honestly, if you're trying to decide which training to do, don't hesitate in going for this one. They kept the information lively and interesting, covering all aspects of HMO from sourcing to buying - all kinds of investment opportunities and all delivered with honesty and a great sense of humour! Outside speakers also helped to inform us of other aspects of this kind of investment. It really was a brilliant training, one of the BEST I've attended. I would 100% recommend this training. Great course and great content. If you are serious about investing in property this course is for you. Colin and Russ are great. They talk from real live deals they have done and show you how you can do it.

We are so thankful that we stumbled across asset academy.

Husband and wife both professionals in health care, husband retired from his job (felt forced to).

He needed a new identity, not easy just before fifty. We had considered, off and on buying property to rent but never did it.

You get online access to each course so you can watch them back, you have weekly coaching groups for 6 months and access to Facebook to enable networking and group support.

With saving interest rates so low and inflation so high, sadly my previous motto of ISA investments was crazy, each year I’m losing money!

Signing up to asset academy has been life changing, seeing my husband regain an identity and confidence and looking forward to building passive income (again a term I had never heard off) which will enable me to reduce my hours and hopefully eventually retire and therefore the both of us to live life to the full, help family. Working in health care is a useful reminder to how short life can be, you owe it to yourself to invest in yourself, we wish we had done this years ago, if only we knew.

Asset academy is not a scam, they actually really care about you, they want you to succeed and your teachers are graduates of the academy and have real life changing stories of why they became investors.

I signed in to the 3-day Training course because I knew, since long time ago, I wanted a change in my life but I didn't know what. The first day of the training, I was asking myself: Can I really become financially free and change my life completely? Can I really become a Professional Property Investor? Does it really work? I got feelings of "I don't want to lose my little savings since I am struggling and working so hard as a single mum!! Too many questions that needed to be answered... On the second day, and after having digested all the information given on the first day, my thoughts changed 100% and all my questions and fears vanished! I was thinking "What strategies should I start with?, when can I start?, I need to move quickly!" Unbelievably, my mindset completely transformed! I felt fearless and determined to really change my life once and forever. Finally, on the third day, I realised with all the learning tools, community support, coaching and mentoring they offer, it is impossible to fail. Failure and fear is not in my mind anymore! What an amazing 3-day journey... congratulations! The sessions are full of inspirational videos, with loads of useful information and plenty of practical examples to learn from them. I deeply recommend the training course... Literally the course has not only changed my life but also has changed ME! The impact it has caused on me it's incredible! I feel and think like a new person, like a new ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

A thorough, professional, well run and detailed initial deep dive into the property industry. There was a great mix of industry experts, talks, videos, testimonials and break out sessions. I learnt so much information over an extremely fun but intense 3 day event. I have now signed up to learn more in-depth knowledge in certain areas to start my journey as a progressional property investor in the U.K. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to make a change in their life and build out their own financial security.

Brilliant course. Lot's of info. Thankfully I've got the replay. Layered well enough to give me confidence and belief that I can move forward really enjoyable even on a few hot summers days.

This training has been expenentially helpful, and opened my eyes to different forms of investment. Sanjay and Richard in my opinion run the best course to date (Lease options). Can't thank the whole team enough though.

Yesterday I completed the Asset Academy Creative Finance course (8 - 10 July 22)
Mark Dalton and Lindsay Hopkins were fantastic all the way through the 3 days. Their relentless enthusiasm and passion for Property Investing is truly inspiring.
I am brand new to property investment and as with most, I was concerned about the money required. After the course, I feel like there are pots of money everywhere! I would highly recommend Asset Academy and anything Mark and Lindsay do! Boom!
