It’s very clear they aren’t interested in keeping customers happy, all they p want is to keep the money.

Been twice to the test center in newark and paid for same day results. Always arrived on time.
For the extra cost it's well worth it.
Don't rely on the post and than moan, just go to a testing site.

Then as we all know the government changed the requirements so we then tried to cancel our appointment however this company has some dodgy way of avoiding our consumer rights by issuing a HONEY code???? Which they say has fulfilled their contract so that we are no longer entitled to a refund S. C. A. M
Reliable and quick service
Yesterday I booked a DAY 2 PCR test in one of your walk-in centres in the UK and I have received the results via email in less than 24 hours. Brilliant and quick service. Only thing is that there is no way to get in touch with your customer service via phone, but I can accept it considering the competitive price. Thank you

Booked a test at Peterborough walk-in centre three days in advance but my schedule changed.
There's no way to get hold of them and change the date. They just want you to pay for another test.
The phone numbers on their webpage are made up numbers.
No way of contacting them
No way of contacting them. Call the number, it's discontinued as "we're focusing our efforts on online support;" use the sample online tracking system: "Our sample tracking tool has now been discontinued." The 24/7 online support is a bot called 'Cyberon' which is utterly useless. 'Cyberon' passed my query onto the human team more than 24 hours ago - no reply. Avoid this company like Covid.
Little or no concept of customer service
Recommended to use this company by a friend who had chosen it due to its proximity. I ignored the negative reviews!
Not a great experience. Firstly, absolutely no concept of customer service I.e. no way of contacting them at all ....even when trying to find the physical unit for over 30 minutes due to lack of signage and a postcode that was all but useless.
Then, having seen the message on the website about diverting resources to the test centre, I was pretty shocked to find one of the two receptionists knitting when I walked in. If they've got time to knit maybe they have time to answer the phone?!
We received 3 emails reporting progress - this is the kind of service we expected. Only to then realise that the results email had sat in the junk folder for 6 hours before we found it...even though nothing was different to the previous 3 emails sent direct to the inbox. Beware!
For the price of this test we expect a better service.
Testing facility that doesn’t even check identification !
The facility I went to in West Brom lacked professionalism. If the point of these tests is to ensure safety for travel, it might warrant actually checking ID’s of the people taking the tests prior to travel. Not one identification was confirmed. This business of private testing for travel is farcical due to the lack of effort in even determining if the person taking the test is actually the one attached to the results. It’s shameful and I will be reporting this business. I ask that someone from the company reaches out to me to explain why this is happening
This is a SCAM! AVOID.
Needed to change the date of my Covid test and tried to contact them. There is no way to get hold of them. No customer care service, no active phone number, no response in emails; only automated Bot chatting available, which doesn't solve anything. Terrible. I now have to book another covid test with another company as my travel date is coming closer. This scam should be stopped.

I used their postal service and didn’t receive my test results. They also ignored me when I contacted them to ask about my results. I would avoid using these guys

One of their worker Liami stole my Bank details. He blocked me when I complain and shared my Bank details with other hackers. They emptied my Bank account. They refused to refund me.
It all ended well
We had a speciel experience with Assured Screening - but in the end, it turned out that the company is alright. We had booked a test in Edinburgh near the airport to a Day-2 test. Unfortunately our plane was rebooked 12 hours later and we couldn't make it in time. We couldn't change the time because it was really late at the night. So we bought homekits to have sent to our hotel in Inverness - unfortunately we had left the hotel when the Kits arrived. We wrote to the company and explained everything. It all ended happily - we got most of our money back from the company. Thank you Assured Screening - we had a good and helpful chat contact with you even though it felt stressful at a certain time.
HIGHLY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID
If you want stress free travel DO NOT use this company, their customer service is worse than useless. We had a highly stressful experience & our tests did not materialise in time for check-in despite emailing their staff. I was fobbed off with "we are very busy" and "there are no guarantees to receive results within the 72hr timescale!" Spent another £250 at Manchester Airport using Collinson Assistance's walk thro 3hr service who were AMAZING you dealt with real people & not a computer system

Tried to cancel a test prior to it being sent, as travel was cancelled. No one to get hold of, anywhere. After multiple emails, bot chats etc, I was contacted by a human, who proceeded to tell me I should read the t&cs as I was too late for a refund. Tried to say ‘that’s because you’ve taken over a week and a held to respond’ but deaf ears. Another company capitalising on human misery. Karma will come🤓.AVOID!
Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. We did finally get our results. They advertise 48 hr (2 day turn around) or 24 hour turnaround for upgraded money. Completely a lie!
Test was done for whole family at 8 am on Saturday - their apparent 48 hour clock starts on Sunday after they receive the sample in their laboratory! So for full 24 hours our sample sat there with nothing done. Same for upgraded 24 hour service - starts the following day when they receive the sample. So it does not meet the criteria. We were about to be disallowed to fly - as results arrived last minute.
Please please ensure when you book...as over 72 hrs - the point of entry country might not accept your result. Their collection times should be more frequent!
Avoid at all costs
Do not use this company. They say you can cancel their service for a refund but then give you no way to do it. Every chat leads nowhere and emails for cancellations bounce back. There is no person to talk to or phone number. They respond to nothing. They seem like a scam company from my experience. Go somewhere else

I can't register my test it won't let me in my husband's went straight in I'm getting no help with mine I'm really upset as I should do my test today can anybody help I have some phone numbers but no joy as to talk to someone do I do test and send it in anyway

Do not use this company - you cannot make any contact with them. i mistakenly entered the wrong email after i ordered and paid. I duly bought another kit with the right email and asked them to stop my initial order - no response. the test kist arrived and I could not activate - crooks!

Diabolical. Reference number didn’t arrive so I had to book a new test. Zero phone service and no response to chat or email.
