Assured screening are a waste of time and money, do not use this rubbish service, in Cyprus the uk government passenger locator form would not take the code this bunch of cowboys gave me, on returning to Britain the day eight test was delivered to the street up the road, i got it two days later, do not waste your money on these incompetent shysters.

Poorest website experience I've had for years! They have my money but I have no appointment. Impossible to make contact with them. This should not be allowed to happen!

Ordered the Day 2 test and it arrived too late on day 2 to be able to hand it in in time.
The sample reached the lab day 4 and I am now in day 5 and still waiting for the result.
What a rip-off, avoid at all costs.

Saw good reviews online and what I thought was a fair price £109 for Day2&8 ..but later it quoted additional £12 for delivery..so I did more research. Eventually came back to AS as promises of quick delivery and the good reviews were reassuring, decided to go ahead and order 2 kits for husband and myself. However, more costs added at checkout…..final price now £137 per kit! On principle I would not buy from them due to their lack of transparency. Will never order from this company.

Travelers beware. This company is happily accepting payment for more tests than it can process in anywhere near the indicated timeframe. Online chat and email unresponsive. This meant I had to pay another company for a separate test for fear of not receiving anything from Assured Screening in time or at all, and therefore not being able to travel. £99 wasted and unnecessary stress.

Absolutely no problems at all. Tests arrived virtually next day. Easy registration for all three of us. Warned by company of possible delays by post so dropped off at test centre for thie courier in evening. All test results back by 6.00pm next evening.

I feel really stupid for not checking these reviews first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no phone number and don't answer the chat. Thankfully I managed to get a test with doctap (HIGHLY recommend) near the airport just in time or my family would not have been able emigrate to Africa. I have lodged a complaint so some faith might be restored if I am reimbursed for the extra tests I had to do. Will update this if that happens.

Only getting a rating of 1 as zero not available. Absolutely shocking service. Had issues activating a day 2 test, which is time critical. as they have NO contact phone number you are asked to use web chat. I tried this 4 separate times with no reposes at all. I then sent 5 emails with no response until 3 days after my requests for urgent assistance. I also sent 3 msn messenger messages again with no response. when I eventually got a response they tried to say that there was no issue and it may be my web browser that was the problem. Odd then that I managed to activate my wife's test with no problems. They now saying they won't refund. Completely failed to deliver what I paid for and a total and absolute lack of customer service. DO NOT USE as you may either miss your holiday or breach isolation requirements.

See you in court Assured Screening as I am not letting this one go. You glib approach to saying your T&C's make it clear refunds are not offered is a joke given you did not have anyone available to look into/address my concern until days after the test was due - you failed to deliver the service offered in a manner which was usable

I don’t know about the service as I’m waiting for the result , however, the chat service was rude .

Excellent efficient service for our day 2 and day 8 tests after travel abroad. Tests arrived by courier on days we were told, instructions for the test and return of test easy to understand. I was very nervous of getting these tests right but all went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this firm and will use them whenever I need a PCR test in the future.

I don't need to book the day 2 & 8 tests when arriving in the UK. However, for my own piece of mind I booked with these clowns.
Upon arrival at the North Shields center on Tuesday 8th June, I was met with an additional requirement to test for day 5. This is not a requirement.
I explained my profession and the law as it stands today but was refused a day 2 test.
I've emailed this shower numerous times but have had no response at all.
They effectively scammed me.
Never mind, the press shall be visiting their Barnard Castle offices next week to ask to an explanation.
Avoid Assured Screening, they're scammers.

The service from Assured Screening was exemplary. We booked PCR test to travel abroad but due to changes in International travel restrictions we were not able to travel. I contacted Assured Screening and was able to cancel the tests and receive a full refund which was paid back into my account almost immediately. Service like this gives you so much peace of mind and I would 100% use them again and would urge others to do likewise. Companies like this deserve your business.
