Day 2 test missing vial with chemical…

Day 2 test missing vial with chemical solution - the most important part of the kit. Meant the kit was useless.

They say each kit is quality checked...

After various comms, I received a replacement kit around week after it was needed.

Imagine if timing was critical?

An expensive rip off. Don’t use them.

Two days after sending my sample via Royal Mail 24 service I still have not received the result of my 2day test. They said the test kit would arrive on day 2 of my arrival in U.K: they dispatched it on day 2 so it arrived on day 3. They said I would be able to track the package online:!no you can’t it doesn’t work. They said they’d confirm receipt of the sample by email: no they haven’t. It’s now day 4; no results!! Very bad service for £65. What a rip-off. I shan’t use them again.

Just a license to print money

If there was a no star I would use it, money grabbers is all they are and as for their website it is a joke, and the complaints department are useless and completely ignore you, I received the wrong test kit and subsequently received results for that test which was not mine so lots of data protection issues, asked for my money back but not holding my breath. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Will never use this company again

Will never use this company again. My wife's result came back positive with mine unclear, after at the same time carrying out NHS lateral flow tests which both showed negative. Therefore immediately arranged new PCR tests taken within 4 hours with a different company. These both came back negative as did further lateral flow tests. Another PCR test by another provider the following day also showed negative for both of us. They could not be contacted at all over the weekend, their link in their email to correspond did not work either.. They refused to accept that they could have a contaminated sample or false positive, instead, implying that the other two companies results were incorrect, stating that false positives were just unlikely to happen, bearing in mind that one was a government laboratory. They refused to retest the samples, despite being provided with copies of the other two test results for each of us. This company totally refuse to accept that something went wrong with their testing, such a holier than though attitude. If I was in their position and having been sent evidence of the negative results I would definitely want to ensure that that nothing had gone wrong especially with the odds stacked against. What are they hiding?? To cap it all we dropped off the tests to their testing centre and they sat all day in the drop box outside their laboratory.

Bearing in mind that we carry out regular testing, they are the worst we have come across and would under no circumstances ever use they again or recommend them. Go elsewhere. Also they have two listings on Trustpilot, so copy your feedback to both.

Booked a day 2 test

Booked a day 2 test for my sister arriving from Canada. NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. The telephone is not answered and emails not replied to. They were very quick at taking the money. I like others wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. They need to be taken down from the web.

An Assured Waste of Money

I booked a PCR day 2 test - received and activated test kit ok. Sent the kit off on a Thursday by Royal Mail. That was 11 days ago and I have heard nothing from Assured Screening since. They claim to have a complaints procedure but it just seems to consist of ignoring the 3 emails I have sent them.

Avoid this company like the plague!

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered two 2-Day PCR covid test kits from this company before we went on holiday to Germany and paid £110 and we received them the day after we got back, as promised, - that was the good bit, it was downhill from there! We used the kits and then tried to activate them online but their website wouldn't accept the barcode identifier that came with each kit so now we have two used kits that are totally useless. I looked at their website and no telephone number was listed for them and no means to contact them. I then went onto the website of their parent company, The Honeyman Group, and again, no means to contact them except for a recorded message which was worse than bad! I did a bit more digging and then found the email address of the Chairman, Mr Trevor Honeyman, and sent him a message outlining the problem - no response! I then tried their chat line - no response! I then sent an email to their CEO, Mr Thomas Honeyman - no response! They are very quick to take your money but if anything goes wrong FORGET IT!! They have the worst customer service I have ever come across in my entire life and up to now it has fortunately been quite a long one; you can't get through to them, they do not even acknowledge complaints and you get the feeling that customers are to be treated like a complete nuisance and totally ignored once they have got your money! Avoid this company like the plague!! My next step is to contact the Care Quality Commission, and anybody else I can talk to in order to have this cowboy company shut down, or at least have their wrists slapped and told to get their customer service sorted out!!

Avoid

Avoid! The test result was not provided to PHE and was late 10 days to reach them, it only reached the authorities after a complaint by when it was too late as the Test&Trace were informed by the company's accreditation body (not fully accredited yet). They provide no full names when you 'chat' (that is if you are lucky to get through to someone, try around 10-11pm, you may be 'lucky'), just the first name 'Emma', 'Jack', 'Stacey' ... No telephone lines. Go for a company that you can contact by phone. They left us for days in limbo.Although they claim you will receive a response after 48 hours they do not contact for days. Avoid!

2 day fit to fly result given well within time

Purchased 2 day turnaround fit to fly test.

Received email to register details almost immediately.

Received 3 x appointment reminder emails

Test 19:00 Sunday 15/08/2021 @ Silverlink, Newcastle

Daughter reports professional service during testing.

Sample uploaded onto Assured Screening 00:43 16/08/2021

Test result received 11:36 17/08/2021

I’ve given 4 stars because on the test track/trace link the test is still shown as being at the lab and untested (this caused us a LOT of stress). Perhaps assuredscreening could give more info on their track/trace link?
The customer service appears to be non existent - I tried the chat numerous times and didn’t get to speak with anyone. I also filled in their online form and had no response. I had wanted to pay to upgrade the the test but got nowhere.

So all in all AssuredScreening did what they were supposed to do and got the results to us in time. They could improve their game by vastly improving customer services. I will leave this review on all assuredscreening Trustpilot spaces as there’s more than one and they’re the same company.
