I had a mostly positive experience with AssuredScreening.com. Trying to handle a last-minute covid test for a flight, I found their service efficient and reliable. The staff at the test center were friendly and helpful, ensuring I got my PCR result and certificate promptly, which eased my pre-trip stress. Despite some issues at another test center regarding cleanliness and equipment, the quick turnaround on results was appreciated. Communication and customer service seem to be areas needing improvement based on past experiences, but my recent interaction was smooth, with a great same-day result that exceeded expectations. Overall, a solid choice for PCR testing. 4 stars.

Checked last minute to realise my vaccination status was not valid for entry. Scoured everywhere for a last minute covid test with certification on the weekend.
Paid for a PCR next day result on a Saturday as that was the only option available, flying out Monday. The person at the test centre was so friendly and helpful, got the test result and certificate the same day removing all the pent up stress pre-holiday.
They didn’t bother checking my certificate on arrival so wasn’t needed in the end, Sod’s law. Couldn’t recommend enough, thank you.

Cheep Boots self test kits dressed up as Fit to Fly tests. A number of countries don’t accept these home tests using two swab samples. They’ve taken £280 off me and left my family high and dry without a chance of making our flights back to Japan. Customer Service are real punchy and aggressive. Avoid like the plague! Horrible carpetbagging "read the small print" rip-off merchants. Tom Honeyman should be ashamed of himself! Notice how they only comment on the good and fake reviews, funny that. Don't use this firm!!

I successfully used this company on a couple of occasions in the past. Last time however all went completely wrong. First of all, the kit arrived with no extraction tube, so that I had to use one from another kit. Second, both automated and manual submissions failed. Moreover, it was impossible to contact the customer support. And of course, after submitting the complain, I was told it had all been my own fault. Terrible service.

Sam really helped today, wouldn’t have been able to fill out the forms without them, being kind and patient dealing with teenagers :)

Currently waiting for someone to get back to me. Website logged me off as I was inputting passport details ready to carry out my test, and then would not let me carry on as the test number had been registered already.

Very efficient service at Silverlink Test centre. Fast turnaround on PCR result. A criticism would be that the centre is not very clean, lights for throat swab don't work, shelf for placing kit was hanging off the wall fixed by some duck tape.

Excellent service from Assured screening my daughter took her antigen rapid test for travel and uploaded her details following all the clear instructions and within 30 mins of doing this her certificate was emailed to us.

Giving this 3*, nothing against assured testing but more to do with the fact they use royal mail labels to deal with pcr being sent back to the lab. I posted in priority postbox, as I needed 72hr test cos I'm flying Monday, it is day 3 now and it hasn't even been tracked. Spoke to assured testing snd they havent even got my sample, so it has not arrived. It should've been tracked Friday evening when it was "collected", and delivered Saturday. I did it this way before and had my results by sunday so no idea what RM are playing at.

So word of warning, even between Mon and Fri, do not take any chances. Go in clinic or post directly if you can, even if it is far cos I had to travel 35 miles to a clinic to get a same day pcr test done so I could fly on Monday.

Absolute con. DO NOT USE. Followed all instructions and sent using the pre-paid 24 hour postage provided. Still not had results 4 days later so out of the 72 hour window.
All they do is blame Royal Mail for not receiving the sample. Our flight was cancelled but we couldn’t have gone anywhere

Absolutely incredible service from Shirley after a test upload failed. Even past midnight Shirley was responsive and reassuring and resolved everything. The travel anxiety was real but Shirley saved the day.
Prior to this the tests came a few days before they were needed, well packaged and instructions were simple to follow. I’d recommend Assured Screening in a heartbeat. Fantastic service from start to finish.

We had PCR tests in Newark for travel. The firm was very efficient and all our questions in advance were answered by the live webchat. The process was straightforward and the results came the same day. There was quite a bit of paperwork to fill in beforehand on the internet but everything worked well and we would use this firm again. It was a good experience.

Used this service for PCR test for travel to Barbados. On arrival was informed that this test by Assured Screening being self administered (supervised or not) was not acceptable and had to be tested again. Would not recommend this service. Look elsewhere for testing.

We booked 5 appointments for our holiday and an error was made in our email address. A lovely lady called Shirley on the live chat was very helpful and passed our enquiry into the payments section. I then dealt with a lovely lady called Emma and she resolved everything for me immediately. I have never received such excellent customer service as I did from Emma. I was so stressed that my anxiety was way off the chart but she kept oh contact with me via email until everything was sorted. If I could score higher than 10/10 I would as the service Emma provided by as way way over and above. I will definitely use assured screening again. Thank you Emma

Superfast delivery of test kit, simple to understand instructions with everything you need, posted it back and they kept me informed all the way with emails, regarding receiving the test kit, it being tested and then the final results which I was happy to see was a negative result

I did a lateral flow test for fit to fly at home and had some issues with getting my results. I contacted the customer service and Emma was so helpful and resolved the issue so quickly for me. Would definitely buy again from them because of this!
