There is no Company or Website

There is no Company or Website. It is an absolute SCAM. If they pop up again, I sure they'll change their names. Should they come back as Advanced Supply Chain Resource or ASYCRO.COM. Beware!!

Their dashboard is easy to use

Their dashboard is easy to use, and tracking is accurate. The only minor complaint is that their international shipping options could be slightly cheaper, but quality-wise, they're great.

Service is okay

Service is okay, but not amazing. We had a few orders go out with incorrect packaging, and it took longer than expected to get things resolved. They did fix it, though, which I appreciate.

A lifesaver for our crowdfunding campaign! We had over 4,000 backers worldwide, and they handled everything - from labeling to customs paperwork. Our campaign would've been a nightmare without their expertise.

Decent service but not perfect

Decent service but not perfect. We had an issue with an order going to the wrong country, which took a week to fix. Customer support was responsive but could have been faster. When things run smoothly, though, they're excellent.

I've had already my fair share of…

I've had already my fair share of challenges when it comes to fulfillment. But Asycro has exceeded my expectations. They take extra care with fragile items, making sure everything arrives undamaged. The best part was when a large sofa order was mistakenly shipped to the wrong address, they fixed it immediately, no questions asked and the customer received the product in perfect condition. You’ve made it easy for a business like mine to scale without worrying about logistics.

We're a startup in the fitness…

We're a startup in the fitness industry, selling workout equipment and accessories. Asycro is okay for us, there have been a couple of delays, but not deal-breakers. What I wish was better is the ability to handle bulk orders more smoothly. We've had some issue with large orders of dumbbells and kettle-bells arriving to customers with missing items. The customer service was responsive, but when you’re trying to grow your business, these things take up way too much time.

I've been running my small online shop…

I've been running my small online shop selling collectible vinyl records for a while and these guys have been fantastic with fulfillment. Most orders arrive on time, but there was one instance where a rare album was delivered damaged. The customer service team was very quick to address the issue. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. Still, I wish the packaging for fragile items could be a bit sturdier.

We're a new company selling…

We're a new company selling eco-friendly travel gear and I've been blown away by how quickly they've integrated with my Shopify store. Our orders are shipped out with zero delay and the packaging looks great, eco-friendly materials that match our brand. One thing that stood out was how they handled a special order that required express delivery, everything arrived in record time without any damage. I couldn’t be happier with Asycro.

I'm not impressed

I'm not impressed. I've had multiple orders delayed and one large order had items that weren't even in stock shipped to customers. When I called to follow up, it took them two days to reply and by that point, I'd already lost customers. Honestly, as a small business, this kind of inefficiency is damaging. I can’t afford these kinds of mistakesand I’m considering moving to another provider.

We are a startup selling organic skincare and while Advanced Supply Chain Resources Inc has worked okay so far, there's one area that needs improvement. The packaging materials were great for the first few orders, but then, on a bigger batch, the boxes were slightly crushed in transit. I understand that happens, but when your products are fragile, it's frustrating to deal with. It was mostly resolved after a chat with support, but I was hoping for a smoother process.

When you're running a one-person…

When you're running a one-person operation, you can't afford mistakes. I can't afford any. Your teamhas made sure my orders are handled professionally from day one. They even reached out to me proactively when one of my packages got delayed during the holiday season. The fact that they cared about my customers' experience made me feel supported. Their communication was stellar and everything worked out without me having to stress.
