I've had already my fair share of…
I've had already my fair share of challenges when it comes to fulfillment. But Asycro has exceeded my expectations. They take extra care with fragile items, making sure everything arrives undamaged. The best part was when a large sofa order was mistakenly shipped to the wrong address, they fixed it immediately, no questions asked and the customer received the product in perfect condition. You’ve made it easy for a business like mine to scale without worrying about logistics.

We're a startup in the fitness industry, selling workout equipment and accessories. Asycro is okay for us, there have been a couple of delays, but not deal-breakers. What I wish was better is the ability to handle bulk orders more smoothly. We've had some issue with large orders of dumbbells and kettle-bells arriving to customers with missing items. The customer service was responsive, but when you’re trying to grow your business, these things take up way too much time.

Most orders arrive on time, but there was one instance where a rare album was delivered damaged. The customer service team was very quick to address the issue. I understand that happens, but when your products are fragile, it's frustrating to deal with. It was mostly resolved after a chat with support, but I was hoping for a smoother process.
