We're an up-and-coming streetwear brand and at first, I thought I was working with the perfect partner for fulfillment. But I've run into some issues. We've had two large orders go missing recently and despite being promised quicker solutions, I haven’t gotten the kind of resolution I was expecting. I’ve lost customers due to delayed ordersand it’s putting a huge dent in my sales. I’m not sure where the problem lies, but something definitely isn’t working.

Honestly, I'm a bit torn. Advanced Supply Chain Resources Inc is great for general orders and I've never had issues with fast shipping. However, I sell a lot of custom tech accessories (phone cases, laptop skins) and there's been a few hiccups in personalization. One order came through with the wrong engraving, which wasn't ideal, but they fixed it without much fuss. Still, for someone like me with personalized products, this attention to detail matters more than just 'getting the order out.

Here's the thing: I'm a tiny e-commerce store selling vintage comic books. The Asycro is mostly fine, but a few times now, books have arrived to customers with minor bends in the corners. We sell collectible items, so every detail counts. They're working on improving packaging, but the fact that I had to bring this up multiple times was a bit frustrating. It's okay, but I expected more attention to detail. I've still got a lot of work ahead.

As a college student running a small business selling art prints and handmade stationery, I didn't know what to expect from Advanced Supply Chain Resources Inc. But this has been such a relief. From day one, the customer service team was patient with all my questions they even helped me figure out how to properly pack my fragile items. Shipping has been so much fast than I expected I get updates as soon as an order ships. I'm really impressed with how they treated my tiny startup like it was their top priority.

Honestly, I had low expectations going into this. We're a new business selling handcrafted vegan leather goods I figured I'd be just another small account. But your team has been incredible. I'll admit, I was worried about international orders, as we sell in Europe and the US some of our products are a bit heavy. But everything got where it needed to go on time and in perfect condition. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that I had to chase up a shipment once that felt a bit unprofessional.
