I have made many orders with E14 now and keep coming back. I usually order through the website but occasionally use the phone ordering service.

I had a couple of technical problems with the website early on, but these were quickly overcome with help from the online technical support.

The only real quirk, is using special offers codes on the online ordering, which still needs manual intervention most of the time, but this always goes smoothly so I don't mind it.

Love the products you carry and costs associated with these products.
Purchase order tracking is made easy on the phone.
Ordering on-line is a breeze.
I expect the same service each and every time I place an order.

element14 has a great range of product, good stock levels and fast delivery. The website is is easy to use and has great functionality. Pricing in most cases is competitive. I am happy to recommend element14 and I will continue to use them as my preferred supplier of technology products.

great supplier just watch for del times as some parts can take 5 bis days and del charge if only a cheap item

Good selection of products. The delivery was not in stock but still delivered in timely fashion - less than a week. Had to change delivery address and had no problem with the delivery the courier or element 14. Easy to access and order.

Great selection of products at a good price. Just wish the free shipping minimum was lower

Excellent experience. Unbelievable assortment (pretty much everything available). Competitive prices. Fast delivery (or there is always store near by if needed).

Excellent company to deal with.Of the 5 main companies I purchase electronic components from, I always check Element 14 first.

The next day delivery on orders is excellent. We can order late in the day and the order arrives next day A.M. However a lot of items that we require are not in stock in Australia.

Ordered a Raspberry Pi 3, received a Pi 3. Shipping was faster than expected, and I had no problems with the order.

I had several phone calls to adjust my order and for the sales assistant of great help and with stock checking and a back order turned up on the expected date. Very good service and I will become a long term order-er.

Ordering is simple and fast, communications are accurate.

Always Excellent

I have always been happy with Element14 but my most recent experience was quite disappointing. I placed an order in November 2016 and received one of the items in February the following year. My numerous emails didn't help. They were either followed up inadequately or not at all. I eventually needed to call the customer service to have the issue resolved. No one bothered to at least apologise along the way.

I truly hope this is just a one-off and I'll continue being a customer - at least for the time being.

The ordering on the web page is very easy to use, all my orders have always arrived on time and complete.
I have since had to down grade this review as the order was placed on 26/03/17 and today the 3/5/17 i have had to call 5 times during this period and still no answer or expected ETA. Each team member does not delver on commitments over the phone.

Only had one poor experience when I ordered some export controlled parts. It took about a month to actually get the parts delivered.

Update 23/02/2017:
Changed my rating to 3/5 stars. As an incentive to post a review on trust pilot a free screwdriver kit was offered with my next order.

Only after posting the review do they state that a minimum order of $200 is required to receive the gift.

Although I"m a pretty small time customer and will continue to use E14, this kind of thing doesn't leave a great impression...

Full attention from people who actually read the email content and are capable of answering more than one question that is asked. This is a rarity. Also a surprising range of product now that I have read the marketing material sent out.

Great website, good search and select functions. Quick and easy to order.
