Yellow and size

The colour was way more yellow ish in person that can be seen on the website and any of the measurement guides and sizes to pick from do not make sense. Mine ended up being way to big when I was suggested a bigger size from the size guides.

Hidden shipping costs

I know this was fault from my side for not checking the return requirements before ordering, but you guys really should better inform customers that all shipping fees will be covered by them. I didn't know before that I would also have to pay $AUD30 to return the item. This has made me not want to purchase the correct size anymore because I'd also have to pay for shipping both ways, resulting to me spending double the price for one pair of jeans. I understand the shipping fees are not controlled by you, but the fact that this was not mentioned during check out is disappointing.

I am aware that you guys said this…

I am aware that you guys said this could be sent before the arrival of my package. But, I placed an order on the 16TH of April and still have not received it. It’s now may and I just was wondering why it’s taking so long. I’ve ordered from you guys before and I absolutely love your stuff but yea just abit upset either way how long it’s taken. That’s all.

Wow I honestly was DISGUSTED at the quality of clothes that arrived. I spent $270 and I’d say all the items were like shein qualiry. Returning them all and I have to pay for return postage what a joke

completely wrong colour

completely wrong colour, jeans were beige with a yellow undertone tried to email multiple times to get it sorted and they took to long to reply so now I am out of the return time bracket. Also $30 to return when I am not at fault ?

INSANE return shipping price

When the order came and wasn’t the right size I looked into returning the item, only to see that it’s $30!!!!! That’s insane.

$30 to return and item is crazy

The product is of good quality but buy in a store . If your size is wrong it costs you $30 to return it ( which is crazy as you could use $12 post bag ) with most companies doing free returns i won’t be buying online again
