Birthday Present

Birthday Present - disappointing
the ordering process is simple, however, to return a product not so!
finally worked this out, returned the product, ordered a new pair, but haven't received any refund for the pair of jeans returned.
Therefore, I have one pair of jeans which have cost me twice the price.

Blue dress

The dress is lovely, fabric feels nice and it matches the photos on the website well. Shipping did take a lot longer than expected, maybe a note about international shipping times could be good!

Two of the 5 just didnt fit me properly for me

Tw of the 5 just didnt fit properly or work for me . have to return these items again. Main problem is sizing isnt consistent across styles.

Cost to exchange

Tried the jeans on in a store and then ordered online to get a different colour.
When they turned up the sizing was different to what I had tried on.
Can’t believe I need to pay $30 to return or exchange them.
Don’t think I would order from here again, such a pity as I was looking forward to wearing them.

Jeans are not true to size at all and…

Jeans are not true to size at all and the same size in different colour of the same jeans fits completely different size listed is not accurate at all

Terrible customer service and shipping time frame

I have emailed customer service twice and no one has responded.

Faulty item

Ordered the off white jeans, came in a brown colour no white to be seen. Did not offer refund or to pay for shipping back. Very disappointed, safe to say will not be ordering again.

The top is very cute

The top is very cute, but it's been over 2 weeks, and i still have not received my order :( and its still not due for another week. Not the brand's fault, though I assume it's the courier.

Good customer service reached out…

Good customer service reached and quickly resolved an issue I had. Delivery was smooth and I received the item fairly quickly despite it being a delay heavy period and an internationally shipped package.
