A relax visit to the branch in Romsey - Hampshire, when important issues were talked and explained clearly.
However, I had to make the decision to sacrifice the preferred model, because the high price in all models. I have found out that other competitors do offer slightly cheaper prices.
I need to carefully consider my decision.

Arrived on time for a home visit, very friendly while also being efficient and thorough. This was for a 2 year review. Settings adapted slightly, cleaned the hearing aids and checked the battery.

The very professional and extremely helpful staff at the Southampton Branch of Hidden Hearing just won us over on our first visit. The initial examination was very thorough and nothing was too much trouble with regard to explaining any of the details with regards to using the equipment or the costs. The hearing aids are easy to use and also of a high quality with specific attention to every eventuality you will require - whether listening birdsong or using your mobile phone. We could not be more pleased also with the ongoing customer service and the Audiologist and his Receptionist are extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with. We would highly recommend this Branch of Hidden Hearing.

i went for a hearing test to hidden hearing the young lady who carried out the test was very good at her job she explained very well what the test was all about although the hearing aids were well priced i can not purchase them at the moment but i will keep them in mind hidden hearing is better hearing written by jimmey H
