Your booking system not a friendly system to use specially when you go to the payment option last stip & a prompt message saying an error happened when we tried to finalised your itinerary please try again later?
Pls try again later??? Happened couple of time & when I call ur customer number after 40 minutes waiting , I been asked to try again tomorrow? Happened with me personally , with my friend & finally when I helped my friend to Issue his ticket?
Also when I applied the promotion code send to me the system accepted and when I tried to submitted my payment I wasn’t able till I removed the code, then the payment went through? Not a good system at all.
We had raised this issue before with your staff & not sorted out till now? Hope u can sorted out & hope you can send me the value for my promotion code I wasn’t able to used. It?

As per Aunt betty respond received ,unless I submit my payment I will never receive ABY reference to provided to your customer office to get a help about my booking???

The booking was easy. No assistance needed. Multi city business class booked for four people. I was disappointed that after booking lounge acces and seat selection for the whole journey was going to be over $1000:per person. Auntbetty did NOT show us that the tickets offered for Etihad were lowest and unbundled from the usual biz class inclusions.

Smooth booking process and competitive prices

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called today to cancel my flight, and the representative I spoke with was extremely arrogant and rude. He showed no interest in helping me or answering my questions. Instead of making the process easier, he made it frustrating and stressful. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. I expected much better customer service.

Very good and easy to navigate

We booked a return trip to Europe on China Southern Airlines using Aunt Betty. We selected our seats and paid the extra fees. Aunt Betty did not advise the airline of our seat selection, which required a visit to the airline service desk at 5 different airports to obtain a boarding pass. Very stressful and time consuming. When we told Aunt Betty only a partial refund of the fees was offered.

Easy and did not change their pricing. They were upfront about the price including the taxes and they didnt try to claim the the price without the taxes as their price to lure people in.
The booking process was straight forward and very easy to follow.

Absolutely Awesome

My ticket was unexpectedly cancelled without any clear explanation. During the review process, I was asked to provide my ABY number rather than being contacted directly by Aunty. After providing the requested information, I was simply told that the airline had not confirmed or authorized the ticket.
What I don't understand is why a ticket was sold and charged to my credit card if there was no airline authorization or confirmation in the first place. The payment was taken, only to be refunded the next day, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
To make matters worse, Aunty's customer service team made no effort to find a solution or offer an alternative ticket. The entire experience was a waste of time and energy and caused unnecessary disruption to our travel plans.
I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, consideration, and customer support throughout this process. I expected a much more professional approach to resolving the issue.

Have used Aunt Betty multiple times recently and I'll definitely use them again. Easy site to use, great prices, no overly annoying add on selection and the tickets arrive in minutes. No complaints
