I wish I could give 0 stars.

I wish I could give 0 stars.
1. I canceled this product, (because this shit will burn your skin and do nothing to removed the hair.) they make you click 100 buttons to confirm your cancellation basically begging you to stay.
2. I got charged with 0 warning anyways, them denying i ever canceled (not true! :)) they have absolutely 0 way to cancel it through your account on their website, so i reached out to support the day it was charged.
3. They took FOUR days to respond to me. By this point, the product had already shipped and there was no way to cancel the order. I was out $60 which was money i didn’t have for their shitty chemicals in a tube. Their customer service is awful and they take 3-5 days to respond.
4. I was told to let them know when the product arrived to give me return instructions. When it arrived i let them know immediately and again, took almost a week for a response. Then! They wanted a dang picture of the product before telling me how to return it and took another few days to respond once i provided a photo. So this is like 3 weeks now I’ve been out of this money.
5. I got to return it and it costs me $19 to ship it back to them. I’m furious and pissed at this point considering i just had to pay 1/3 the cost of the product to send it back to them. So now im currently out $80, they are refusing to cover any of the shipping cost despite it being 100% THEIR FAULT the order got shipped to me and me not being able to cancel it.
This place is a scam. I feel like everything that happened is exactly how they wanted it to go. They did not cancel my subscription when i physically logged in and cancelled it. They purposely made sure the product shipped out before responding to my email. They made me jump through hoops and i guarentee it was in hopes that I’d get frustrated and give up, but no way. These people will steal your money. Do not try this company.

Awful

It smells, doesn’t remove hair and just leaves behind red, irritated skin. Everything it states it doesn’t do, is exactly what it does.
It relies on the low confidence of those who suffer with PCOS hair and makes them think they’re no longer going to be suffering. When in reality all it is, is exactly the same as any other ammonia smelling hair removal cream out there on the market.

ZERO STARS, CON

ZERO STARS. This is an absolute con. It doesn't remove ANYTHING, worse than any other cream I've tried and I've tried them all. They are preying on desperate women who think it'll be a miracle cure, disgusted with their false marketing.

I cannot recommend either this product…

I cannot recommend either this product or this company.

The product caused severe skin irritation, including peeling and bleeding, despite being used exactly as directed. The symptoms only resolved after I stopped using it. It also came with a bad odor, similar to Nair products.

Customer service was equally disappointing. I only bought only 1 order but somehow got into a monthly subscription. With no way to cancel.

I repeatedly requested help canceling future shipments and received generic responses about trouble shooting the product application instead. I eventually had to figure out the cancellation process myself after discovering another order was already being processed, after asking for Support to cancel the subscription.

Over 5 orders I was only sent an “Upcoming Subscription Order” once, and this is the only email that allows you to manage subscription. They only allow you to pause it for 1-3 months. After doing this, only then will it allow you to cancel the order. I was never given this email or option for the 5 previous orders and Customer service refuses to acknowledge the issue.

To make matters worse, customer service provided conflicting information about returns and repeatedly failed to answer basic questions regarding return instructions, refund amounts, and confirmation of cancellation.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience marked by poor communication, unclear policies, and a product that caused an adverse skin reaction.

There’s no real way to send a review expect by Google form, which 1. Currently isn’t accepting reviews although they just sent one to me 5/31 and 2. Only accepts reviews w 4-5 reviews anyway.

Worst product and customer support I’ve…

Worst product and customer support I’ve ever received. I primarily shop online and have never received a scam such as this one. First the product just plain does not work. It smells like nair, does absolutely nothing for hair removal. Not even on small light hair. Second the company charged me for a subscription I did not sign up for and I had to jump through hoops to return the product. Of course they make you figure out how to return this yourself, pay for shipping etc so by the time your done you’ve basically sent them they own product fully paid for and they get to re scam someone else. They are not accredited by the BBB and these reasons are exactly why. Do not waste your money or energy!

I bought the triple pack. So needless to say, I'm out a $100. I hate when company's prey on women with products that don't work. Not only do I have the shame of
A very hairy face, but I now carry the shame of being suckered in again by another company.

This product is not worth your money

This product is not worth your money! I’d call it a scam. Barely any of my course facial hair was removed and the product made my skin burn. The aloe gel provided did absolutely nothing to help. I’m not convinced it even is aloe gel. Definitely do not recommend!

Waste of money. Smells the same as immac and does the same poor job. Company bombards you to take out a subscription . They invited me to review but when I tried to give anything less than 4 stars it said they were no longer taking reviews. The 4 star option worked though !!!!

They target PCOS sufferers

They target PCOS sufferers who are self conscious about facial hair. The claims that there is no unpleasant smell, that it removes hair, does not sting are false. I had never used a hair removal cream, it seemed ok at first but is average at removing hair, burns, makes my skin red & inflamed. Really not Happy!

The product doesn't remove hair at all

The product doesn't remove hair at all. The smell is awful and product burns the skin. You would be better off using nair. Don't waste your money. The cyprus serum hasn't shown any improvement to my skin or slowed hair growth either. I wish companies would stop with the all the lies and false advertising of their products.
