This is the second bed we’ve ordered from the store. It’s the only place we will buy a mattress! We rest well knowing our mattresses are certified to be free of toxins.

Austin Natural Mattress has been very easy to work with and has been gracious in allowing us to exchange a mattress after the warranty period had passed. They really do want their customers to have the best experience possible and will do what they can to help you get the best night’s sleep.

Highly recommended. We had a great no frills mattress-buying experience with Charles at Austin Natural Mattress on Burnet. He is knowledgeable and reasonable without the overt salesmanship of other mattress retailers. He sold us the mattress we wanted at a discounted price relative to what other retailers were offering and provided a 100-day exchange policy.

We have two Mango mattresses and plan to order more when it's time to replace the others. Excellent customer service. Product is priced fair and the quality is better than any other mattress we have purchased.

We thought Charles and the store were great. He was really knowledgeable about all the beds and they had a big selection too. We shopped around at a couple places and we liked the beds at Austin Natural the best by far.

I ordered a $4200 mattress in early October. Six weeks later I called and was told that even though my credit card was charged, the actual order with the manufacturer got cancelled. They were going to place the order again and I'd have it in approx two weeks. I called again in early December and they discovered that my mattress had been shipped to a store in another city, but they would find it and get it to mid-December. It's still not here. Today I called and was told that if someone doesn't call to schedule delivery by the end today, please call again.

Why am *I* doing all the follow up? How is it that Austin Natural Mattress isn't aware of what's happening to my order? If I I didn't keep calling and following-up, I would never receive my order - that I paid for at the beginning of October!

We went in yesterday to buy a mattress and Dalton was very knowledgeable and helpful. Then we found out there was a warranty on a mattress we bought from there 8 years ago. We went to see them and though the company we bought the mattress from is no longer in existence they honored our warranty and were very professional. Just an excellent company to work with.

I called the store to get information on available low profile, nontoxic mattress foundations, and the person with whom I spoke was very helpful! Price was great! None in stock, but I ordered easily online. Love the ApplePay option!

The website does need improvement of the search function. It took several tries to find the foundation the store rep had mentioned. I highly suggest this functionality is enhanced so customers dont leave the website before seeing all available products.

We walked into the store, were greeted pleasantly, and asked to see several different styles of mattresses and bed platforms. After 30 minutes of testing, and some helpful advice from the salesperson, we made our choice, and completed the purchase. We were told 6-8 week delivery time, and the bed was delivered and setup for us 6 weeks later. We were happy with it and the experience.

Then, after having new flooring put into the room with the bed, the platform wouldn't work properly. Contacting the store manager was like waving a magic wand and when our impression of the store went from great to excellent -- he quickly arranged for someone to come out and take a look, and then did a no-cost-to-us swap of that platform for a better brand and unit, when it could not be repaired. He continually checked in throughout the entire process, and made us feel like we'd spent our money at a store that cares about its customers and does right by them.

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed; you'll be in capable, caring hands.

Love Austin Natural Mattress. The folks that work there are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service which seems very rare this days.

Oh yeah - and the mattresses are great! Furnished our place in Colorado and Austin with these mattresses. They are super comfortable and we always get compliments on them from guests at the Colorado place.

My wife and I bought a latex foam mattress in-store a few years ago and we still love it! The whole experience was positive and the salesman went into great detail to educate us on the differences in how our mattress was made and how the materials are sourced, in contrast to a "typical" chemical-laden mattress.

Now that we've decided it's time to upgrade our kids' mattresses, this was the first place I checked. I found the website to have the same great information about the mattress composition and the overall ordering process was very straight-forward. Given our past experience in the store, I had no reservations about ordering online, especially with free shipping on our order!

We can't wait to switch our kids to their new mattresses from Austin Natural Mattress and know that we're making a positive change for their general health as they grow, without sacrificing a thing on comfort or quality of sleep.
