So far so good! A great booking experience. Comprehensive advice, with detailed knowledge of Australia, and advice of what we should be doing and when. Prices competitive too. Thanks to Matt for all his hard work!

I've been booking my travel to Australia for several years and have tried other travel agents but always go back because their service is consistent and they somehow always manage to get me the best deals. Some years back, when there was a domestic airline strike in Australia and I couldn't get to my destination, they arranged compensation for that portion of the journey without much fuss.

Two issues- will they check everything thoroughly when the trip commences ?

The member of staff I used had superb knowledge but only works part time so the whole booking process took about 3 weeks to accomplish which was a little tiresome.

Every year they get me exactly what I’ve asked for. They are really patient and helpful.

Why 5 stars? because I had used them before with great successes and despite problems with my original contact's broadband supplier( obviously not Austravel fault) my trip ended up being organised by three different personnel and I felt in safe hands for the whole process. I also contacted two other sources for this trip and felt more like a commodity not a valued customer.

Very easy to deal with and ready to listen to what you're trying to achieve. Their ideas and advice helped me greatly to tailor my Holiday to take in as much as possible in the short time available to me in Australia.
