We had a few minor issues that needing sorting out and they were carried out promptly and easily. So good to see when things don't go perfectly Authentic Furniture rectify the issue immediately in a friendly manner. I love everything I have bought from them. I drove over 1 and a 1/2 hours with my brother to visit the shop in the Peak District. It was well worth it. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. I was not rushed or pressured in anyway. I bought a beautiful 2 1:2 seater chesterfield style sofa in grey rascal velvet.
It is beautifully crafted, soft fabric, very comfortable. Authentic furniture provided a high standard of service and quality pieces of furniture. The delivery staff took great care and were also very professional. I would buy from them again and highly recommend.

Exemplary Company! They have such a depth of options to offer. Visiting a showroom is a pleasurable experience, I was able to tailor made my armchair - Linwood pattern and gorgeous colours wrapping round the back, then a pop of red through the middle of the chair! It's so delicious I could eat it! And my sofa is to die for, it's stylish, comfy and I had it made into a sofa bed! Great to deal with a small British Company, Five Stars from me!

Excellent service, quality product and the friendliness of staff

We spent along time deciding on our new sofas and spent hours walking around showrooms looking at the same thing. Authentic Furniture is in a different league, timeless designs, good quality and comfy sofas you don't want to get up from and the good news is I know we won't be looking around any more sofa shops for a long time to come!
