Wrong delivery
Ordered oil, oil filter, diesel filter, air filter and air filter for cabin. Got 2 airfilter, none for cabin, due to wrong pucture in online order system. I have to pay for retur. Better throw away the extra filter, and return to a local car shop.

Great customer service
I received some parts that didn't fit my car, even though they should, so I thought trying to buy cheaper parts would turn out being very expensive instead. But thanks to great support for sorting out the issues I'm happy to shop from Autodoc again.

Autodoc sendt me the wrong parts.
Autodoc sendt me the wrong parts, and they made me pay for the return. The list of parts listed on the app did not fit my car, even though i tried to confirm the VIN nr for accuracy. They confirmed that they didnt use VIN nr, and they have no service to check if its right. Tankfully there are other and much better providers of the same. For example europarts. Stay away from Autodoc!

Cheaper than from a scrap yard.
Really quick delivery- even if it was from abroad it took only 5 days. Sparepart as promised-and cheaperthan buying an old mirror from a scrap yard!

Such a big room for improvement
Good customer service and polite persons, BUT the return of damaged goods took forever.
Nobody could solve this at the end, cause nobody could controll nor confirm thst the returned goods were at the warehouse.
Long story short- after a more than s month waiting- ended up taking a refund and this was the last part i purchased from autodoc.
By the way- the car is down, «waiting for the parts to be controlled»
