They caused damages worth €2.300 to my car ...

I had my BMW serviced by Autohaus Schaal and I can only say that it is the worst experience I have had with a mechanic ever. After Autohaus Schaal changed two gaskets on the rear axle of my car I subsequently had to have the same gaskets changed again along with the rear axle and drive shaft at a cost of €2.300. One authorized BMW mechanic and one independent mechanic have both established that Autohaus Schaal caused the damages. Autohaus Schaal denies liability and does not want to offer reasonable compensation despite pictures, videos and the assessment from other mechanics. I would recommend that you do not use this workshop ever!!
