It was a a great experience working with ALGO. I would say better than other car buying company. Does not hurt to try and experience. I would like to say Thank you to sub contractor transporter (Gina). She knows what she is doing as she communicates perfectly her ETA giving enough time, very friendly & respectful.

Spent days and hours on phone for the customer care to tell me they are no longer interested in my car because the dealership I bought it from did not update their website and still had it listed. They assumed I was the dealer regardless of all the official paperwork proof I sent them. Bad business all around assuming is the worst you can do when it comes to customer service

ALGO was very easy to deal with, got back to me quickly, explained everything, and arranged vehicle pickup in a timely manner. I will say that when I sent photos of the vehicle, they reduced the initial offer a bit, but in all fairness, the vehicle had a lot of dents and scratches, and in my past experience selling my used cars, I believe any used car dealer would have done the same. They handed me a check on the spot when they picked up the car and it all was very stress free.

They gave me the absolute best price for my BMW, the transferring of documents were SO easy, there customer service and transport team were all so professional, it could not have been any easier.

The offer I got was well above the other offer I received. Communication was very good and the actual sale went smoothly. I was in a situation where there was still money owing to the bank but they took care of all the paperwork. Very happy!
