This company is not very serious, they send you an offer and then tell you that they do not want to do business with you, my car has never had an accident and they say that my car was bought at a salvage auction, we bought the car new from the dealer and it has been in the family for 10 years, never had an accident, and they tell you our company is not interested in doing business with you, they are really not serious.

Best selling experience, best price for the value of my car. The process was very straightforward and customer setvice are very responsive. No changing words or lying like most dealerships. Don't sell your car to Carmax or Caravana, Algonation will give you the best price and will come to pick your car from ypur place.

One or two calls, I sent some info via text, and in just a few days they picked up the vehicle with a check for me in hand. I got quite a bit over what the dealers had offered me in trade towards a new vehicle. Didn't have to list it and deal with people trying to talk me down. Easy peazy!

Very poor phone sales I spoke to them they transferred me to different partners and then said we won’t buy your car it has a lien on it, waste of time and reps on the phone are of a low tier.

Side note if your vehicle is listed in any auction where dealers have access to they “red flag” it as if it s a time bombe and the treatment becomes very different they talked to me as if I was going to scam them.

Fast turnaround. They reduced the price offered when they saw the pictures but still far better price than on a trade. And best was that they met me at dealer when I picked up my new car to take possession of my old one. As easy as trading it in.

Algo rescinded their offer after I provided all necessary information because they neglected to incorporate shipping costs before providing the offer. If your business is to move cars across the country to sell them, this should have been incorporated before any offer was presented.

This has to be the smoothest transaction that I’ve experienced selling my car. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable answering all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend using ALGO if you would like to sell your car. They handled everything in a professional level.

For starters, they came in with the highest price. Everything was handled online so no driving somewhere or waiting for an appraiser to eventually show up. When I had some issues uploading pictures, the service group was easy to reach, patient and clear with their instructions. They waiting for me to solve the problem and confirmed receipt of the materials. They picked up the car and made sure everything was out - I forgot to take off the EZPass and they caught it before they left. Would definitely sell another car through them.

I got quotes from Carvana, CarMax, ALGO and several other companies. ALGO was by far the highest offer and was super easy to deal with. After paperwork was signed, they picked up the car and gave me the check same day. Would highly recommend.
