Refund refused despite immediate cancellation
I booked a car rental and requested cancellation immediately after making the reservation, as I had made a mistake. The rental date was several months away and no service had been used.
Despite this, the company kept 20% of the payment (106€) and refused any refund, even after escalating the request to a manager.
What I find most disappointing is the lack of communication: my booking was cancelled and partially refunded without any prior confirmation, while I was still waiting for their response.
Very rigid policy and poor customer experience. I would not recommend.
