This was my second time shipping a car, and by far a much better experience all the way around. My car shipped immediately the following day after booking through Direct Express, and then arrived just 3 days later (a cross-country trip). The driver delivered the car just 3 minutes from my house, where I requested. I did have questions prior to booking, and their customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly, which sealed the deal for me. There are so many to chose from, but when they answered their customer service line right away and answered all my questions I was sold. Great job and thank you!

There's so many options to ship a car nowadays so it's hard got choose. I really did my homework on this company and I'm so happy to say the experience was great. The driver was super nice, friendly and flexible. The car arrived with no problems whatsoever and was right on time. I would say skip all of the other companies and chose this one!

Good communication. Some changes in pickup and delivery time windows a couple times by driver, but driver did keep us updated. My Silverado was picked up Friday evening in California and arrived late Monday night in Texas. Truck received in same condition it left California. Good experience, would use Direct again. Direct Express Auto Transport did an incredible job at moving my car from Boston to the Bay Are fast and safely! It’s got here in under 5 days. I would highly recommend the service to anyone who needs to ship their car! My agent was Edith, who was kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

This is the third time I have used Direct Express and they are the best! I thought about using the other guys, but after putting in my info with the other guys, I received tons of questions from transport companies and drivers for tiny details about my vehicle, whether I could delay pickup a few days, etc. What a pain!! Just one call to Dina at Direct Express Auto Transport and that was it! They were able to schedule a truck and after communicating with the driver, we arranged a pickup a day ahead of schedule and it arrived at its destination in only 2 days. Thanks to Dina and Direct Express for a painless transaction (and it was $150 less than the other guys!).

This was the first time I have shipped a car so I was not sure what to expect. Using the website to get a quote was really easy and required only basic info for the quote. I placed my order (223865) on 5-6-19 and selected the standard shipping option which was the lowest price but had longer shipping times. On 5-9-19 I got an email from Jessie in customer service saying my car had been scheduled for pickup on the 11th and would be delivered on the 14th. The transport truck showed up on time and everything went well. The next day I got a call from the driver saying he was on his way and would actually be arriving a full day early which was a nice surprise. Upon arrival, the car showed up in good condition and the driver and I did a walk around the vehicle to check for any shipping damage. Everything looked great! You pay the balance of the shipping cost directly to the driver so make sure you have cash or a money order ahead of time. No credit cards or personal checks
