Great products and nicely packed and shipped ! Think some of the retail prices are quite high though...

I look to get some hard to find slot car . I would love to see video on how they paint the car so fine detail.

After having my package lost in the mail, Auto World made it right and offered a full refund or resend the order free of charge. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I think this company is fantastic. The only reason I gave just 4 stars is in my opinion shipping could be a lil faster compared to other companies when the items are in stock. I’m not talking about items that are pre order just in stock items.

After a week with no response I asked about an order I had placed.I was told there was a warehouse problem.several days later I got a refund for the item and told it was sold out.It was in stock on your web site when I placed the order so how could this happen?This is NOT the FIRST TIME this has happened but I may have to consider it to be my last.So please get your act together.

Immediate approval on wrong parts replacement. Parts showed up in decent amount of time catalog a pleasant surprise. Updates during g prosses.

Service is usually good. I live in Northern California and from when I order to delivery of product is about 7 days. Not bad knowing it ships cross country.
