Try and try again!

Nothing went wrong. I just don't always get a reply from customer service. Sometimes it take 4 days. 1 car didn't run, and the rest don't stay on the track.

Outstanding customer service!

I needed one small part (broken in a sealed bag) for an AMT model kit I bought on eBay. I was expecting just the sprue containing the part, but they sent me a whole new kit - at no charge!

I love the staff and friendly service…

I love the staff and friendly service and also the quality of their diecast cars and trucks and special deals also the great deals with everything and not to mention fast delivery. I am glad that that Auto World understands that I am on fixed income since I have ordered from them I find it easier to find what I want. Auto World is awesome thanks again Auto World.
