Arrived on time and yummy, have used 6 or 7 times now and always been great

Appalling company! Ordered as a Christmas gift but it was never delivered. No apology or refund & can’t contact them, they ignore emails & don’t answer the phone

Wouldn’t recommend this company ordered a card a few weeks ago to be delivered on 17th didn’t arrive till today . Then when it did arrive had wrong cake in, particularly wanted Victoria sponge as this is the recipients favourite to be given lemon drizzle. When I’ve tried emailing they never answer and after I phoned to complain they basically couldn’t care less. If they’d phoned to let me know they were replacing the cake I could have picked something he liked

AVOID. If I could leave zero stars I would. AVOID.

Paid for nominated day delivery, Avacardy decided to send via Royal Mail. The package got lost. No apology. Still waiting on a refund nearly 4 weeks since the failed delivery.

The phone is never answered, emails and messages are ignored.

In the end I raised a claim with my bank and got the refund that way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Really pleased with my cake card, arrived in time for Xmas, I did have concerns because of the Royal Mail strikes so I called Avacardy on 01746599028 & spoke to a lovely lady who gave me the tracking code & she couldn’t have been more helpful. Item was delivered to my boss today & she is delighted. Shame I can’t add a photo to my review so you can see how lovely the cake card it.

I ordered a card for my mothers birthday on the 26th November for delivery on the 29th. I paid extra for DPD to deliver due to Royal Mail delays. No card arrived. I called on the 30th to be told this would be looked into and I will receive a call within 20 minutes. I heard nothing, they didn’t bother returning my call. I’ve since sent 4 emails and still no response. I understand there is problems with deliveries at the moment but it would help if there was some form of customer services. We are all in a cost of living crisis and can’t afford to throw money down the drain. I’m very disappointed with the service and lack of any form of customer service. I will never order from you or recommend you ever again. I will warn people not to use your service. I will be contacting my bank for a full refund as this company doesn’t care about taking your money and not delivering.

Recipient never received item. Emailed 4 times and haven't had a response. Phoned 4 times no response. What is going on??? I will now contact my bank to refund me.

I ordered a Movie Night Treat-box from this company and received a confirmation a couple of days ago that it would be delivered to my son and girlfriend today as a little moving in gift. Today however, I received an email to say that I have been refunded as they could were unable to fulfil my order! Not a good experience at all and after seeing other reviews on here, I will not be using them again. I hope I receive a refund soon.

Have ordered previously with this company no problem but ordered a gift paid extra for guaranteed delivery on the day..no delivery tried to contact them can only leave a voice mail emailed no response so put a bad but truthful review on the website to which I received a curt email stating they had delivered the parcel with a screen shot and could I remove the review they obviously didn't check the screen shot as my parcel was delivered over 80 miles away to an unknown person I contacted them again re this no reply a further 4 emails sent no reply..it is now in the hands of my bank...terrible customer service..ought to be ashamed of themselves

A great gift and a card in one had no problems with delivery arrived in time. My Niece loved it

I purchased something from Avacardy in February and for no apparent reason they've decided to take money from my account whilst I have made no purchase at all they have stolen a tenner from my account months later for no reason. Customer service helpline is fake Noone ever answers a call just allows you to leave a voice-mail which I've done. No response from Avacardy at all terrible service. Please becareful buying from their as they do steal money from your account

I have ordered 3 times with this company. The 1st and 2nd times there were no issues at all. I thought it was a great idea & recepients seemed pleased so I decided to place a third order. No issues with the card or delivery, however I noticed that they had taken 2 payments from my bank account on 2 separate days. No problem I thought, I'll just contact them & they'll refund 1 of the payments. We'll that didn't go to plan. I used the 'contact us' option on the website, got no response. I tried ringing them several times & no one EVER answers.i left an answerphone message, got no response. I emailed them twice, got no response. In the end I had to contact my bank who raised a complaint & refunded my money. Still no response or apology from Avacardy. Has put me off ordering again or ever reccomending to anyone.

I purchased a voucher through Wowcher to buy a card. But it does not work!! Unable to select a date! Not sure if the issue is Wowcher or the card company but just to be aware of this before wasting money buying a supposedly discounted purchase.

Amazing quality cakes. Fabulous surprise. I always use them now instead of regular cards.

Ordered a couple of cards from Avacardy now and both delighted the recipients- what’s not to like - lovely card and delicious cakes - the cake tastes like it has just come out the oven - yummy!!!

I sent an Avacardy gift for my mam as a spur of the moment treat. The package arrived undamaged, through the letterbox and tasted beautiful. Thank you Avacardy! We will be using you again.

I've recently used this Company for a cake card and was really impressed.
They have a good range of cards and you have a great choice of cookies, cakes and sweets.
Delivery was by tracked Royal Mail and the recipient was really happy with their card.
It's an excellent idea for sending something special and letting the person know you're thinking of them.
