Ordered a cake and sweet card a week…
Ordered a cake and sweet card a week before the birthday. It did not arrive on the day or on the day after.
Got a response blaming the post service. So even if you order in plenty of time (which I did), it may not arrive on the day you specify or at all.

This customer only contacted us after leaving such a review, whilst we welcome all feedback we were not given the opportunity to rectify this or even partake in any form of conversation.
Following the review being left, we received a Facebook message from this customer advising her card did not arrive on the specified day. We immediately replied, apologising and confirming this was dispatched 2 days prior to her chosen date (for which we did provide proof of posting), we then went on to advise that we use Royal Mail 1st class who aim for next day delivery and whilst they aim to deliver the next working day due to the current situation (GLOBAL PANDEMIC) they are overrun in some areas at the moment so the post may be slightly delayed, we also immediately offered her a full refund or offered to resend the card. We have tried to remedy this for the customer but unfortunately she has made numerous attempts to comment on multiple social posts to defame the reputation of a new business trying their best to provide a reasonable resolution. We have since found out this lady runs a very small business in the same industry so unfortunately we now believe this to be an attempt to commit libel against a competitor.
