Horrendous. THIEVES. Ordered 5 weeks ago. Was told it was on its way, international delivery may take 4-6 weeks. Followed up again today and have been told it’s a great product but only available for pre order. Complete nonsense and I’m disgusted that they took a good amount of money from me and are refusing a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is a completely fraudulent site. It purports to be UK site and even provides a Royal Mail first class postage cost.
After ordering like everyone else you discover that it is a USA company and shipping has been given as up to 6 weeks. I have received 2 tracking details, one of which isn't even recognised as a true tracking number.
Disgusting - I am usually so careful and feel so silly I did not read reviews before ordering. I thought there was a law against this.

Use Amazon!! These guys are thieves.

I give zero stars. I paid for expedited shipping, and they did a bait and switch. I got the wrong product, and they charged me 30 bucks for the trouble. They were slow to respond and ultimately stole my money. I have no product and paid 30 to ship the wrong thing to me and 15 bucks to ship the item back, and their reply was, oops. Sorry for the 45 you spent on freight.

BE WARNED. If you order from this company (Avatar Case) you will NOT receive what you have ordered. I'm fuming right now, I've been totally conned & like the other reviews have mentioned- they are not actually based in the UK (though they make you believe that they are!) So not only do you have to wait a week for your item, when you finally do receive it it's a total let down because it's something that you don't even want! This company are just lying crooks & do not care 1 bit about their customers. All they care about is getting your money & sending you whatever tat they have left in their warehouse.

I agree with all the previous reviews about the misconseption of this being a UK company - they clearly are not, and like others I only found out after I booked.

Unlike others the case when it eventally arrived some 10 days later, albeit not in the colour I ordered, was in my view, pretty good value and of reasonable quality for the money. Not ideal but I decided I could live with purple rather than the red I ordered.

Definitely not great by any means.

I’m usually careful when ordering online but I think I have been misled into the contract of buying my phone case from Avatar.
I purchased a waterproof case for a iPhone 15 at a cost of £33.00 from what I thought was a uk based company and another thing that made me think it was from the uk was the £1:99 and i quote First Class postage.
I expected 2/3 day postage which turned out to be 17 days later from America and the Wrong colour.
When contacted Avatar by email a computer generated response was same as other reviews on here 20% off or send it back at my expense.
Want to be duped in the uk? buy at your peril. Not Happy at all.

Very bad customer service and send wrong product after 6 weeks please do not order any product from this company Avatar case , product quality is really bad as well

Stay away. Awful awful customer service and rudeness when things go wrong.

Sent wrong colour. Spent a week via email trying to get a return address and they would not comit to pay for return postage. Eventually raised a dispute with PayPal.Because I didn't have address I couldn't provide return postage amount on dispute page which you cant update later.

On sending item they refunded original amount and closed case on PayPal costing me £11.35 postage.

They know how to work the paypal system to avoid postage costs when things go wrong.

Also avoid using PayPal, useless when there is a dispute.

I ordered a phone case and eventually received a phone case which was nothing like the one I ordered. Cheaper, different colour and items missing. Contacted the company and they refuse to send a return label despite it being their fault. Refuse to refund the money and now fail to answer emails. It's a scam company, avoid at all costs.

Two months later and my order has not arrived. They had the cheek to send me a message asking me how well they had done. Twice I have tried to message them that a phone case has not arrived, but no contact. As with the other people raising this company, I wish I had read the reviews first. As I bought it through AMEX, I am hoping I can get a refund

The case was faulty when I asked for a refund they asked if I wanted them to send another one. I have not heard back from them since. UK Avatar are scammers based in Brooklyn New York. I wish I read the reviews first. Always read the reviews!!!!!!

Received the wrong case, one of much lower quality. When I asked for a swap they said I had to post the incorrect case back to them at MY expense! Came onto trust pilot to write a bad review, and wish I had come on here before ordering... seems like everyone has had the same bad treatment. 1 STAR - DO NOT USE AVATARCASE!

I can only agree with everything already stated. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Seems to be a standard underhand practice from this company. Wrong case received . Nothing like the case I ordered . Wrong colour. Wrong material. Wrong features. Response to my complaint we can offer you 20% discount or ship it back to USA at your own expense. They even go on to say if they don't receive it within 30 days of order only a credit will be given which would mean I would have to pay for tracking. Absolute disgrace of a company.

This company is a scam. I bought a case from their website and didn’t receive it in the time frame allocated. So, I emailed them and they said that the item I have bought is only available as a pre order and won’t be available until a few weeks/months. I emailed them back that this was not mentioned on the website and if it had I wouldn’t have bought it as I wanted a case now. So I asked them to refund me the money and cancel the order as it has not been dispatched. Several email after, I have still not received my refund and I paid for this case at the beginning of September.

Ordered and paid for a case. Money taken and still no case. Sent various emails to which I have had no reply. Disgusting company. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Lesson learnt.

Most dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with.
Ordered an iPhone 12 Pro waterproof case.
What turned up was just a 12, so one of my cameras and my flash is covered.
Asked them to send me what I actually ordered- was given a tracking number and it never arrived.
Challenged them on this and they said it’s considered lost in transit and if I want another I need to pay to send the incorrect case back to them in the US when the company is advertised as UK company with a .co.uk web address.
Absolute joke of a company that I have to send the case back at my expense and they said they will give me 20% off of a new one 😅

Scam company! Beware! They sent me the wrong phone case and they would not send me a free shipping return label. The return label at UPS for this phone case is $19, that’s almost what the phone case cost. Avatar case would not send me the right case or refund me. This company is a scam. Buyer beware!

Do not use them if in the UK as they are not.

Ordered a case for a brand new phone case on a Monday morning. When ordering it says despatch costs for 1st class. So I expect Royal Mail. To then be sent an email saying despatched International DHL. I asked on them politely on Thursday where is my order, hello, thank you and sign my name because the link says USA! And that I ordered from a co.uk website and no where have you told me International, so therefore you are not providing the service as 1st class and a 2 days delivery.

Reply was rude, no hello thank you, we are sorry or sign off. Just told 2- 6 weeks for International.
I pointed out that email was rude and as they have not met terms I wanted a refund. To be told I had to decline package. (Do I trust them for that? No)

Nothing turned up on the Friday. So I had to order another case from elsewhere as travelling on the Saturday. Got back and it is in my letterbox.

Wrong case delivered. Customer service poor. I was offered 20% discount to keep the cover I hadn't ordered or i could return the item at my own expense. Disgraceful.
